“Slow, slow delivery. And when I chased, nobody was even able to confirm it had shipped. Can only email customer service too, which was slow at responding. Wouldn’t have taken much to get it right. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend.”

Dear Sir, Firstly can I take this opportunity to apologise for the delay in you receiving your order. I have looked into your order and your product was despatched form our warehouse within 24 hours of your order being placed and should have been with you within a maximum of 3 working days. We will raise this with the courier company to ensure this does not happen in the future as this does not meet the standard we expect from our couriers. I will also raise the issue with our sales and services team in regards to your other problems. “Told item in stock and it was not. Also 50p per minute to phone them and disconnected continuously so cost 6 pounds as did not realise I was being charged. Eventually got landline number and after chasing got the delivery 2 weeks late. Rubbish leave well alone.”

“The washing machine is great and £50 cheaper than else where. The delivery person was top class and went beyond, he was so kind and helpful. The reason I gave 4 stars is it did take a couple weeks to be delivered, but then I did get Free Delivery.”

“The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery process faultless, with the delivery at the beginning of the 2 hour window given. The delivery guys were friendly and polite. The only minor issue was after the initial order I heard nothing, so 5 days later I checked my account and it said "on hold". I emailed to query this and the very next day got my delivery slot, but they never replied to why it was "on hold". The price paid was the best I could find anywhere by a large margin and I'd been doing a lot of research as this was a major expense, but so well worth it.”

“when i was thinking of my next tv to buy i came across powerdirect on the web the reviews were good and the descriptions of the products also were easy to read and understand , but i phoned them up anyway to get a feel of the company and how they responded to my questions , they could not have been more helpful which is why i chose powerdirect for my tv delivery first class”
