“First time buyer to Power Direct, Leeds. Viewed your website for a Sony Soundbar & Sony Player. To be honest your prices couldn't be beaten. I made the orders online on Sunday. Within one hour I received an email informing me the items had been picked & ready for dispatch. Within 48 hours Parcelforce had delivered the orders to my home address!! Equipment brand new, very pleased, just what I ordered. Would recommend Power Direct.”

“I had been wanting to buy the Sony cd player with Dab radio for a while but thought it was a bit pricey until I saw the price advertised on Powerdirect.co.uk this was the best price by far. Good company to deal with and it was quickly shipped. Would definitely recommend.”

“Bought a dishwasher off power direct it was easy to place an order paid online on secure website, the item came we had a phone call to say whether it would be morning or afternoon and it came within 10 mins of the time allocated the driver waited while it was checked and unwrapped which was nice as there usually in such a hurry to the next place. We haven't used it yet as the other dishwasher is still working on/off. But the best part was the price I got free delivery and saved approx £70+ compared to curries for the same model.”

“I purchased an induction hob among other things and was then hospitalised just after purchase with my heart. The information I was given recommended I did not get too close to induction hobs should I have a pacemaker fitted. I called Powerdirect, explained the issue in the hope of making an exchange and they could not have been more helpful. Everybody I spoke to was polite and understanding. I rate them 'First Class' and I will definitely recommend and buy from again, if not only on the grounds of the customer service. Their prices are keen too. Excellent, I can't say enough good things about them.”
