“Nearly four weeks since I ordered two products, still waiting for delivery! Customer services unhelpful, delivery company rude, and extremely unhelpful. Gave them three days availability in one week, and they tried to delivery on one of the two neither myself or partner could be home!dont bother trying to order things if you work, because they are not at all flexible with delivery”

“Well, it started with a phone call about the device - all questions answered, completing the website - easy, delivery - on time, product quality as per description - spot on. Overall - perfect. Comment - thoroughly thoroughly recommended. A good friend who has had a stroke has had his ability to entertain himself improved enormously with this super piece of equipment. Nothing expensive, but fits the purpose. To a "T". Thank you.”

“Very good price, excellent value. would have got 5 stars had it not been for the delivery service. No tracking once left the store, had to phone to find expected delivery date then was 'passed around'. Found the delivery had been held at a depot till they had more deliveries to our area. eventually arrived 12 days after order! Powerdirect you need to review your couriers.”
