"I've got to be honest, after reading some of the very negative reviews, I was hesitant on placing an order with Power Tools Direct. However, my selected item was in stock, at a good price, with a supposedly prompt delivery and I was offered a discount voucher.\r\nI ended up paying for Express Delivery ( as you need to spend \u00a3250 ex vat to qualify for Free delivery) and I am pleased to report that the item arrived at 09:30 the following morning!\r\nI did have to contact Customer Services with a query\/problem and received a prompt, polite, helpful, constructive and positive reply.\r\nI am very pleased with my purchase and from my personal point of view, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Power tools Direct!"

"I ordered a Draper 80946 Dust Extractor on Thursday - it was delivered the next day on Friday (super fast) and I was really impressed with PowerTools Direct with both their price and efficiency of delivery. \r\nThe packaging says 57KG but I think that includes the wooden pallet! Just FYI, I needed quick delivery because I repackaged it and brought it to Singapore where I live and have a small workshop! \r\nLater I will write a review of the assembly and product once I get a chance to use it in earnest!\r\nThank you for your speedy response! "I recently purchased five 5L tubs of Ronseal Fence Life Plus in Warm Stone from Power Tools Direct. Delivery was on time and the paint was carefully packaged. There was some confusion as the order was delivered on two consecutive days but Gosia in Sales soon responded to my email query. I have bought this fence paint before elsewhere and I love the colour, as seen in the photo on the fence panels and bench (ignore the walls and stone). I am happy to recommend Power Tools Direct."
