“Pleasure to deal with. I bought sanus speaker stands and couldnt seem to apply my discount code but was able to use their instant chat service to sort it out. Got them for cheaper than anywhere else I've seen and they arrived really quickly. Recommended.”

“1. The delivery was not next day it took 2 days. Not so bothered about this but it was the reason why I bought from Power button 2. The main problem I have is that I purchased a Sonos roam SL. The sound quality is good but the multi purpose main button is very difficult to use so switching to Bluetooth is very hit and miss. Also the battery drains on standby so when you want to use it it's very often dead. I also found the Sonos app often requires re-starting of my wifi router. I would like to have a refund for this item but as I had to open the box to find this out I do not think powerbutton will accept this. I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing a Roam SL to make sure they handle the product first and buy a charging port with it. Overall I regret buying this speaker but would shop with this company again Update - Powerbutton did deal with my issue very quickly and efficiently. I have now been refunded and just regret they do not stock other manufacturers as I would be more than happy to order with them. In my opinion this is a very good company. Thanks and good luck in the future. Steve”

“I never bother with reviews but in this instance as a new customer this company deserves recognition for how seamless it was to get their response to my email queries before purchase to then the purchasing process with clear timely notifications of where my order was and when to expect delivery. As a bonus their prices were extremely competitive. For Sonos products and experience I would rate them highly and will be visiting them again!”

“Purchase - Flexson premium floor stand for Sonos Five in white I have been after a pair of these for a couple of years but they have been unavailable. Suddenly Powerbutton has a pair in stock. Order placed but payment timed out before authentication. Tried to order again but no longer in stock as they had been reserved for my first attempt. Email received the same day saying that order would be dispatched as soon as payment received. Unable to pay online so contacted Powerbutton by telephone. A real person answered!! Took my name and postcode and within 15 minutes received a further email invoice which allowed me to make payment. DPD delivered within 24 hours. My first experience of Powerbutton. They had an item in stock which no one else had, issues with payment resolved rapidly because I got to speak to some one directly, goods arrived rapidly. I am very happy with all of this. With so many companies offering the same goods on line the service you receive becomes crucial. Powerbutton have certainly cracked it”
