“Product as described we had delivery problems you sent it not to our address The address on the invoice is correct however you did send the product to this address Dpd helped us sort this out”

“The process was fine, delivery nice and quick, the price very competitive and I got £10 more off as a new customer. The only thing stopping this from being a 5* review was the delivery. He put the order (almost £300's worth) on the doorstep, half-heartedly knocked on the door, and simply left. It's a good job I was home and heard him (the dogs didn't even react - that's how quietly he knocked) or somebody could have easily wandered off with it.”

“Item delivered in a timely fashion. Flexon stand used to support my Focal CC900 centre speaker. Finish, looks good & has some weight to it. I like it!”

“I never give 5 stars because every company could improve something they do as we are not Robots so occasionally get things wrong! That said. The customer care after the point of my purchase has been great throughout right up until the delivery despite my worries when given my delivery day. However, they were fantastic answering my email almost immediately rescheduling my time delivering promptly well within the hour slot time with a huge smile. I still have yet to open my gift to myself but I'm sure it's fine as the package was in excellent condition.”

“Fast delivery and no fuss. Although whomever picks up the phone should perhaps work on their customer service and comms skills - would have been nice to feel as though I wasn’t an inconvenience considering the value of the product I was looking to purchase.”

“You must explain that no wall bracket is in the pack and that it must be ordered separately, we could find no information in the sales literature that if attaching to wall a separate item was required.”

Hi, thanks for taking the time to write this review. We rely on the manufacturers to provide the detail for each item that we list. Unfortunately none of them state whether a wall mount bracket would be included. However, in over 50 years of trading we have never seen a wall bracket included with a TV. We will look to include this in the listings going forward. Apologies for the confusion caused.

“Decent delivery time. Landed 1 day after it said it would. Packed well. Only thing I didn’t like was there was a notice inside saying it had to be all checked over within 24 hours and if no damage was recorded within that time the warranty was void. Never seen that anywhere before and if I knew that wouldn’t have purchased it. Thankfully no damage found on mine j just hope it lasts the warranty. I very much doubt I will use Powerbutton again.”

Hello Stephen, thank you for taking the time to write this review. We apply the notices to all of our shipments as items can be damaged in transit. The couriers will only insure shipments if the claims are raised within a 24 hour period after receiving the goods. We have updated our shipment information to reflect this. In your case it is highly unlikely this would happen as it was a Sonos speaker but we use these notices across all of the goods including TV which we sell. Glad the package arrived safely although a day late which is beyond our control and we will feedback to DPD.

“Sonos stands that I ordered were out of stock so upgraded free to a similar but more expensive pair. Clear e mail communications to seek my approval and advise me of the change. Arrived within 24 hours of order. Excellent service.”
