Getting nowhere with having to open an account so ordered through Amazon instead.

Hi, we are very sorry to hear of the issues with the order raised. When placing the order, a screen should pop up to allow you to enter the credit card details for payment through our trusted provider, Paypal. If the screen did not change then this may a blocker on your browser preventing the transaction to complete. We will raise with our ecommerce providers and have cancelled the transaction as per your request. We apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

I’m not at all happy with my paying experience at Power Button. I chose to pay by Klarna pay in 3. Klarna did not receive the transaction. £112.66 has been held by Klarna, even though they do not have any transaction on my account from Powerbotton. It was NOT made clear to me at the time of my purchase that I would require a link from Powerbutton to Klarna to make the purchase. I’m still waiting for my £112.66 to be released by Klarna, and I will not be using Powerbutton or recommending you to anybody. The guy who answered the phone to me was not friendly, sounded very impatient…horrid experience.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to write this review. This damage has been caused in transit via DPD and we will take this further with them. We have offered to replace the item free of charge and awaiting a response.

I'd payed for a new TV, didn't receive any communication once it'd been placed, no delivery update in 5days only for the money to be refunded to my account. Now have to have a sky engineer come to set up my TV without a TV...

Unfortunately this order failed our internal security checks and was listed as a large screen "click and collect" item from our store. At this stage we couldn't supply the item due to its large size which is not serviced by our couriers. You should have received a notification from us with the reasons for why the order was cancelled. We are sorry if this wasn't made clear.

Awful experience, paid via klarna and waited as it was right on new year when I ordered. Heard nothing so sent an email asking about when the stands would be shipped, only to be told they had not received payment but would send a PayPal link. Sorry, but the whole point of paying via klarna was to split it as 3 payments interest free. Why offer a service if you won't support it? Something just doesn't add up, unless its just inept staff. Will not be using again and have used social media to spread the word about this "company".
