“What a superb company, the customer service and live chat is one of the most helpful and professional I have ever used. Jason spent time in the first chat to ensure the product would fit my Purpose, and to no fault of their own a small nut was incorrect from their supplier, Liam jumped straight on the case and got a part sent out in the post. Would 100% recommend them to friends.”

Hi, thanks for taking the time to write this review. This damage has been caused in transit via DPD and we will take this further with them. We have offered to replace the item free of charge and awaiting a response.

“You must explain that no wall bracket is in the pack and that it must be ordered separately, we could find no information in the sales literature that if attaching to wall a separate item was required.”

Hi, thanks for taking the time to write this review. We rely on the manufacturers to provide the detail for each item that we list. Unfortunately none of them state whether a wall mount bracket would be included. However, in over 50 years of trading we have never seen a wall bracket included with a TV. We will look to include this in the listings going forward. Apologies for the confusion caused.

“Excellent shop and website, bought the Panasonic SC-AKX710 stereo which I was struggling to find in stock anywhere. Not only did they have one left, but it was £30 less than the best price I had found. The delivery free and super quick, 2 days from when I ordered, it arrived in perfect condition. Emails kept me updated daily on shipping. The stereo is even better than I was expecting aswell! Couldnt recommend Powerbutton enough, will definately be buying from them again in the future.”

“Decent delivery time. Landed 1 day after it said it would. Packed well. Only thing I didn’t like was there was a notice inside saying it had to be all checked over within 24 hours and if no damage was recorded within that time the warranty was void. Never seen that anywhere before and if I knew that wouldn’t have purchased it. Thankfully no damage found on mine j just hope it lasts the warranty. I very much doubt I will use Powerbutton again.”

Hello Stephen, thank you for taking the time to write this review. We apply the notices to all of our shipments as items can be damaged in transit. The couriers will only insure shipments if the claims are raised within a 24 hour period after receiving the goods. We have updated our shipment information to reflect this. In your case it is highly unlikely this would happen as it was a Sonos speaker but we use these notices across all of the goods including TV which we sell. Glad the package arrived safely although a day late which is beyond our control and we will feedback to DPD.
