“I like being able to order something and either have it shipped or picked up. Biggest problem is that during busy times, you can still end up standing in line. But i feel like that is a local problem since they will check people out at the pick up and don't check to see if anyone just wants to pick up.”

“As good as it gets, i love this store they have never done me wrong. I bought an alienware computer and a few days later it went on sale with $250 off, i took it back and they refunded then resold it at the lower price.”

“Wanted to buy a PC, but was not sure of all the techy description being given. Called customer service and clarified doubts, but still felt a bit hesitant as to the final click to buy. The rep sensed my hesitation and told me to go to the store before that final click as to be completely confident with my purchase. I did just that and low and behold, all that I was told online, was certified in store. I did go again online, called the rep and gave him my business and thanks.”

“I just bought a new computer on this site for a very low price compared to other major electronics retailers (Best Buy, Amazon, etc.). I used BTC payment to buy it, so I didn't have to give the website my info, and everything came as ordered in slightly less time than they promised. The site's a bit of a mess, but overall it was great experience. What I can't vouch for is Power Stripe’s customer service because I didn't have to deal with it. But if you're looking for a deal on electronics, this seems to be the place to go.”

“Ordered the product Friday night; took delivery Tuesday morning. Plugged it in to charge up. Two hours later I was transferring data/programmes from the old PC to the new one. I have had it for over a month, no problems (yet).”

“The best computer hardware store that I have interacted with so far. I dod not think that they oiuld have hardware copatible with my computer. As it turns out, they actually did and I made my order. There was a lot to choose from and that made it better for me.”
