“Website states order by 2pm Sunday for next day delivery on Monday! Customer services very poor when asking for update as it did not come on Monday. When my parcel was delivered on Wednesday I checked for my delivery in my safe place that Power Tool World had put on DPD delivery information and could not find it! I rang Power Tool World customer services and spoke to a rather abrupt and rude male member of their staff, he told me its was down to me to contact DPD and find out where my parcel was as the proof of delivery photo was just a black rectangle and the name was just a series of block capital letters not a name. DPD sent one of their drivers out to my address and he told me " It may have been delivered here" and pointed to my front door step which is in full view from the road! He left me to find my own parcel. One of my neighbours had seen the parcel as he was leaving to go out for the day and had taken it in, but it took me quite a few hours to track it down. So all in all poor website info, poor customer services and a terrible delivery! The only upside to this was a good price! I will think carefully before using Power Tool World again.”
“I don’t know if Power Tool World has been taken over. But the quality of their service has gone down hill. Iv been buying from them for 14-15 year without any problems till now. They advertise next day delivery but don’t have a next day delivery service. Their next day is they will get it ready to send out the next day.
When your needing a item and expecting it for it not to turn up meaning you have lost a day your never going to get back”
“really bad costumer service, bought a strimmer from them, box came in damaged with missing parts of the tool, been advised that I'll only get a replacement after I send the tool back to them, so would take another week or so to get another one! this is the last time when I'm using this company!! obviously customer is the last thing they have in mind! well done 👏”

They have price matched for me but I'd rather give my trade to PTW than anybody else if you have any questions when you ring them up they will answer them about product or tool you are intend on buying it pays to ask.
