“I don’t know if Power Tool World has been taken over. But the quality of their service has gone down hill. Iv been buying from them for 14-15 year without any problems till now. They advertise next day delivery but don’t have a next day delivery service. Their next day is they will get it ready to send out the next day.
When your needing a item and expecting it for it not to turn up meaning you have lost a day your never going to get back”
“really bad costumer service, bought a strimmer from them, box came in damaged with missing parts of the tool, been advised that I'll only get a replacement after I send the tool back to them, so would take another week or so to get another one! this is the last time when I'm using this company!! obviously customer is the last thing they have in mind! well done 👏”
