“In short: The items arrived on time, in good condition, and it was a great deal. They have very considerate customer service & we would happily buy again from PramCentre. In Full: We were exceptionally please with the level of service from PramCentre. When we ordered, our item was not in stock. Before taking our payment, they called us to make sure we were okay with this, and advised on when they would have the items in stock. This is a great level of service, as I am sure many other companies would have taken the money and left us to check the order status ourselves.”

“This is an excellent company. I bought the Bugaboo Chameleon 3 package and it was the best price around. Great service, personal phone calls, ( something sadly lacking these days, with too much reliance on informal emails and texts), to let me know the stock situation and delivery was spot on. So nice to have a UK company too, and the items are in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this friendly and efficient company and will definitely use them again.”

“Very prompt delivery. Seat looks great. Only minor quibble would be no despatch advice was issued and we didn't know it was on it's way. Only a minor one though.”

“I collected the package last evening. It was well battered, with the lid half open and the base of the isofix protruding through the cardboard too. I won't be using the seat for a few months so I have left it in the plastic wrapper as it does appear to be OK. I have to say that first impressions when being handed the package were not favourable.”

“Excellent service, couldn't fault them at all,the friendly staff kept me informed of the parcel delivery,it arrived when they said,it arrived 2 days after ordering and the selection of products were very good.All in all a good company will be using them again and have recommended them to my daughter”

“After reading some bad comments I was dubious to order, but went ahead anyway! This was the lowest price I found the cosatto yo for, I ordered Saturday evening and my gorgeous pram arrived Tuesday! Very happy thank you”
