“The team answered quickly to my price match request. I bought the articles and asked for the price match and I should be paid back (I had to chase once). The artiles were not all available but the lady who called was nice and the first part was delivered quickly. I am waiting for the rest hence the good and not very good but I am not worried about the rest of the delivery.”

“Brilliant items .. and I payed it off on easy payment the next day I rang and said when could my items be sent out well the next day I got everything ..brilliant stuff and we'll worth the money I pay .thank you pram centre :)”

“The maxi cosi streety is absolutely everything i need! Its sturdy, stylish, baby thinks its comfy! Zzzz and it is so easy to use and folds down small considering what it achieves when its up - its a pushchair, pram, forward and rear facing and if i want to get a maxi cosi car seat i can use that too. The luggage basket is generous, the hood blocks out the sun when it extends and i love the fact you can buy different colour ways of the accessory pack and change your pram in a heartbeat! Pram centre communication was good and delivery was really quick even after a weekend! Fantastic thanks.x”

“We bought a few things for our first baby like a VIB swing, a bath/changing unit a hooded towel and now we plan to buy our VIB crib from Pramcentre. The customer service online chat has been very helpful and the deals on offer are great for our budget. The delivery was brilliant as well! All products arrived on time and in a great state.”

“I was so impressed with the speedy delivery of my pram! I had text updates every step of the delivery process and was able to track where the driver was, see where he was up to and given an hour time frame- so didn't have to wait in all day! Best of all it was free delivery!! My pram was a fantastic deal and I even got a free carrycot that I wasn't expecting! Thank you, have recommended to my friends and will be back when he's ready for a high chair!!”

“I thought the service was fantastic, especially when I was phoned and told it was out of stock and they wouldn't get it for 7-10 days, to my surprise they phoned me back again to tell me they had got one and I'd get it next day! I know where il be shopping when I'm hopefully starting a family next year :) x”

“Unfortunately I had a terrible experience after purchasing the orbit baby pram on line and confirming with the sales team delivery and in stock. I received a email the next day at 3pm to say they didn't have this item in stock and it would take a further 3 weeks very disappointing. Waiting for my refund.”
