“Very fast delivery, easy to use and rearrange the delivery to a local DPD pickup shop. Even though the box was a bit bashed and had holes in it, the product intside was not damaged. Very happy with service - will use again and recommend.”

“I ordered a mamas and papas Armadillo Flip XT in Navy of which there was two in stock according to your website. This order was placed on Wednesday morning and approximately 24 hours later I received a telephone call to advise there were no navy Armadillo pushchairs in stock. I was advised the system was updated manually but obviously had not been kept up to date in the case of this particular pushchair. Two remained showing in stock later that evening so it obviously still had not been amended potentially leaving another customer disappointed. I then had to wait 24 hours for my PayPal account to be refunded delaying me being able to purchase the pushchair elsewhere. Overall very disappointing and would certainly make me think twice about ordering from the pram centre in the future.”

“Ordering was very easy and delivery quick I ordered Friday evening and goods arrived on the Wednesday .only thing was when I ordered didn't receive a confirmation email so didn't know if the sale had gone through .i phoned customer services and they were very helpful would definitely use the pram centre again .”

“The process of ordering online and being delivered was very simple. The delivery company kept us upto date with the process of the delivery by text and when delivery date was unsuitable it was very easy to change it. It also gave options of where the delivery could go. Also very happy with both highchairs so glad we saw they were reduced buying two of everything for twins can be expensive so it was ideal.”

“This was the first time I have ordered from pramcentre.co.uk and wow!! I purchased a cotbed duvet for my little girl from the Mamas and Papas range and got it for an absolute bargain price, reduced from £89.95 to £29.95! My experience was fantastic from start to finish, the website was easy to navigate, great choice, even better prices and first class customer service. I placed my order and within three days had my item delivered to my home address in N.Ireland. I even had an email to tell me what time of the day i could expect my delivery so I didnt have to wait about all day! Thanks so much Pramworld. My little girl's new nursery is complete!”

“Found exactly what I was looking for at a very competetive price. Easy to purchase online using PayPal, I was able to have the item delivered direct to my daughter's address. It arrived the next day - excellent service, I would definitely recommend PramCentre and would order from them again.”

“I was a bit worried at first to buy such an expensive item from a website that I'd not ever heard of but everything was spot on. I was able to 'chat' to someone before I bought it which was a bonus and the delivery came quicker than expected. Everything's great and I absolutely love the pram! Thank you”
