“I placed my order without issue and called shortly after to query the estimated delivery time as I was overseas. I was assured it would be dispatched that very same day and felt confident with that. When I called two days later to ask whether I would hear from the delivery company I was told my order hadn't been dispatched. It took four hours and multiple calls to them find out it was being dispatched as we speak. A friend had ordered the same product 24hrs after me and had already received hers by this point. I couldn't fault that staff but I was never given a reason as to why there had been a delay and this fact would make me wary ordering again in a hurry. I did receive my product very quickly after this.”

“Hi, It was a last minute decision, for my niece who had already purchased her pram, cot etc. from the Glasgow shop, I found out she was struggling and didn't have a Moses basket and the baby is due in two weeks. I ordered online from my hospital bed and it was so simple to do this, and with delivery within three days which I really needed for the baby shower on Friday 31st July i was quite pleased with myself. I received a telephone call from a very helpfull lady who informed me that there would be none available for four weeks due to a bad batch you had received which was returned to the supplier. I would like to thank you for the consideration. Regards Jane Paterson x”

“Ordered a car seat it took 2 days for them to contact me and tell me its not in stock after they took the money just to tell me its going to take 3 to 5 working days for a refund why is your stock not monitured and customers should be able to see its not in stock so they don't have the inconvienence of waiting so long for their money to be refunded will not be wasting my time on this site again more frustrating as my baby due in few days and now have to try else where”
