“We order the Jolie i-anchor and base as it was on offer. I was very pleasantly surprised when it came the next day. The Jolie i-anchor and base fit both my 07 Ford Fiesta and my husband's 08 Citroën C4. Neither car has iso-fix so we were looking for a extended rear-facing seat could be belted in and would fit our tall 7 month old who had outgrown his infant carrier. We would definitely recommend the PramCentre”

“When I googled nuna zaaz high chair and I saw it had £80 off on here I was so excited! I needed it to arrive on time as I was due to go on holiday for 2 weeks and I was worried that any longer than 3 days wouldn't be enough time. I spoke to the lovely Mellissa on live chat and she told me it was in stock and she would get it out on time so I placed my order. I then saw some awful reviews about pram centre and started to panic so I emailed them just to see if it was going to get me on time. The lovely Mellissa messaged me back reassuring that it would be with me by the next day. Not long after I got a text from delivery company saying its on its way. The next morning it arrived!!! Absolutely perfect service!!! Mellissa went above and beyond for me. More than I'd expect from any online service. I actually feel quite embarrassed for harassing them with emails. I can't give anything but a perfect review as they were just perfect. My Nuna Zaaz high chair is amazing and nobody can compete with the £99 that pram centre are selling it at. I also ordered a mamas and papas mobile which is also perfect and competitively priced! Very happy customer. I've already recommended and I will 100% be using them again! If they were closer to me I'd pop in to thank them in person! Amani Vassell”

“I've had a great experience with Pramcentre. I got a really great deal and then a further 20% off on the summer sale. I also got some car sun shades thrown in too - brilliant !! The child seats I bought were delivered exactly when expected, and in great condition. In the words of Arnie... "I'll be back" !”

“I've bought an Uppababy pram from this company last year and it was delivered promptly with excellent customer service. However, I recently purchased a 'rocking animal' for my son, only to find that it could not be constructed due to screw holes that did not line up. The green fur also came out and was all over my babies face. I sent it back and was told that they would send a replacement out ASAP. I reaffirmed that I wanted the 'dinosaur rocker' specifically. On arrival, the rocker was not the dinosaur one id asked for (for the second time) but a different design (snail). I'm now attempting to get hold of them for the third time to try and get the original purchase I was after. I've been trying to get through for the past 15 minutes with no answer. Not impressed since this was a present.”

“Price wise the product is absolutely brilliant, although we did receive a notification advising of a delay in delivery as our order wasn't ready, but was still in the warehouse. I understand these things happen however it is just a little inconvenient. Nevertheless i definitely appreciate the update!”

“I order the buggy as the website said 3-5 working days. However after waitin 3 days to hear from them I called. Was on hold for 1.38 hrs and when I finally got through was told it was out of stock and did I still want it? I said no cancel the order. Was told it had been cancelled. The next day I received an emailing replying to an email I had sent 2 days before to tell me that it was out of stock and ask if I still wanted it. It went to say that they had left a voicemail. Which they hadn't. And asking me to call them again to let them no if I wanted it or not!!”
