“We have purchased an item last Sunday and we have received no status update on the order whatsoever in over three days. The website's Order Tracking does not provide any useful information about the status of the order other than stating "Processed", which after 3 days means nothing to the customer. We are still awaiting to receive a status update and have our order delivered.”

“Products were delivered within 48 hours of order being placed. Delivery company used were very efficient and I received texts in advance giving me a hour time slot when delivery would arrive! Products were as advertised and in perfect condition when received. Couldn't have bought the products for less anywhere else! An excellent buying experience.”

“Items were delivered within 2 working days which was excellent. ..The only downside was l never received an email to confirm my items were dispatched and or was l given tracking number. I kept on calling to follow up other than that l got my items in two days considering that l live in London and items were in Glasgow”
