Awful customer service, ordered a blue bath seat for my son which the website said was in stock, two weeks later still no bath seat or contact from the company to explain the delay despite already taking payment. No answer when calling them, finally reached someone on the facebook page to be told the item wasn't in stock and when I asked for a refund they told me they could send me a pink one instead (Despite me ordering the blue one for my son..), when the product finally arrived they still sent the wrong colour, they sent me the lime one (not a problem really but still not what I ordered and waited three weeks for.) Product was fine but I will never order from them again as the trouble I had to recieve my item was just unacceptable

I have ordered a high chair from them 2 weeks ago, they have taken the money however the item has not arrived. I have called 9 times waiting "in a que" for over 20 mins before hanging up. Sent 2 emails and 2 tweets and still no response and no product. Hurrendous! Do not buy anything from them!

Item was listed as in stock. After taking our money, it never arrived. Finally found out it wasn't in stock after all but they were expecting delivery. A week after we were told it would arrive, it still hadn't. No one answers the phones at pram centre - I once waited 50 mins before giving up. This is not new - check their facebook page. I finally managed to get through in the online chat to Louisa who discovered that actually, our item had arrived after all! She then promptly arranged for it to be delivered, so luckily we did finally get it. Shockingly bad lack of communication and failure to answer phones. While the prices are good, it is not worth the stress and time spent chasing. Steer clear!

I would have liked to have given zero stars for my experiences with the pram centre however this was not an option. I ordered my pram and car seat back at the end of May (paid for there and then) and was told that it would be in store by August as it was very popular. This was not an issue as my baby was not due until the end of October. I was told that we would be called as soon as it was in however they were happy to hold the pram for us until nearer the time as my husband and I were moving house and weren't sure when we were getting the keys. Come the beginning of September we had heard nothing from the pram centre at all so contacted them to be told that our pram and car seat were not yet in stock and when asked why when we were told it would be in at some point in August, we were met with the very blunt response of 'well the baby isn't due until the end of October anyway'. We were then told that they would get back to us. A week later still nothing from the pram centre so we called again and were told our car seat was now in but not our pram and that it should be in by the end of the week. Again no further contact from the pram centre so we called again to be told pram had no arrived. This happened a further 5 times (7 dates in total we were given and all through us contacting them - not once did they contact us or sound apologetic). 2 weeks before my due date I contacted them and was told my pram had arrived but no car seat (even although my car seat had apparently arrived back in September?) when questioned about this I was told the car seat had never been in and whoever had told me this had misinformed me. They offered me a car seat in a different colour incase baby arrived early and was given the information that my car seat would be in the following week. Again we had to call and change this up only to be told there was a delay and it would K fact not be in until the day after my due date. We now have all of our items but only because of a lot of stress and hassle. At no point did any of the staff who dealt with us appear to be apologetic and did not offer us any form of good will gesture (a friend of mine who bought their pram in John Lewis and it arrived 2 days late were given vouchers as an apology for the inconvenience) unfortunately the pram centre clearly do not care about customer service. I would definitely not recommend them and will certainly not be using the again myself in the future.

I didn't receive my order. I had to chase it up after it hadnt arrived in the time I was told. I was then told it was on its way, AND then to be told actually no they didn't have any in stock.. I was upset that they hadn't told me when I ordered as I'm on a tight time scale due to my sisters baby coming soon. I cancelled it and am waiting for my refund.

Lost my internet order, then rang to say my car seat had gone out of stock in the interim and would be 10 days. 2 weeks later I get an email informing me it was dispatched- great. One week after that I spend an hour on the phone chasing my delivery to find it had not been dispatched at all - system error (again); now due next week. £250 and 4 weeks of delays - genuinely awful service.

Told goods would be dispatched after 24hours, 1 week later still no goods, went onto my online account to find you were awaiting stock. Tried to phone and email but no replies. Shocking customer service. False advertising of goods in stock and inability to man the phones. Do not purchase from this company.

Ordered 3 items showing on the website as 'Item In Stock', 2 car seats and a baby monitor. After nearly a week, I had an email saying that none of the items were in stock and that it would be 3-4 weeks wait on the car seats and 7-10 days for the baby monitor, with a request that I call and confirm whether I'd be prepared to wait. Payment was taken almost straight away despite the order not being fulfilled. A quick check on the website and the stock status was still showing as 'Item in Stock'. I needed the items quicker so called to cancel. After 25 minutes waiting in a queue I gave up and tried through the online chat. It was agreed to cancel and refund my payment in full. 5 days later an I still haven't seen the refund, which I need to be able to but from elsewhere. Save the hassle and order from somewhere else

We ordered a pram in April of this year, which was due to be collected on 10th Sept. were continually told that the pram was on "next" order which it never was! After 4 weeks of calls and a trip to the store, we had to cancel order and start looking for a pram, 5 days before the baby was due.The service was appauling, there was no offer of compensation. the management should be ashamed of themselves. we went to John Lewis and had a pram delivered to our door within 4 days, at £100 cheaper, now thats what I call service. Will never use this store again.

Ordered our silver cross car seat over 3 months ago. My baby is due on Tuesday. I have been calling the store every week for the past 3 weeks and just keep being told it will be another week. Very disappointed! Not good enough!

I ordered my Pram back in May knowing it would be a 8 week wait as it was out of stock - which was fine. I paid over £500 to Glasgow Pram Centre. I emailed them on the 8th week (July) to ask if there was a delivery date for my Pram as I was away for the weekend. I was told someone tried to call me once to explain this was an 8 week wait and did I want this re-ordered. I never received this call but they should have contacted me via email/post if they hadn't got me. So basically, I waited and wasted 8 weeks waiting on a Pram that wasn't even Ordered. Total lack of communication. I knew the Pram was out of stock in the first place and I was already told this. Anyhow, I was asked did I want this reordered when I contacted them 8 weeks after to be told this would be another wait! Not impressed with the service I received. Now my baby is due next month and I am having to start all over again and look for a Pram.

Terrible customer service I'm afraid. Item not in stock, which was not clear online, told it might be imminent for first two weeks then told it would be 3-4 weeks and that had always been the case. Finally it turned up after 8 weeks when my baby was already 3 months old so we missed out on two months of use of an expensive item with a limited lifespan. Wish I had paid slightly more to buy from another company who could have delivered the very next day! Sadly I will not be ordering from Pram Centre ever again.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to review us. My sincerest apologies that you feel we have let you down at this time. Under Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions, it does note that we will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email and you may also receive a call or email from one of our advisors. We will call regarding stock availability if the items is not available and advise when the item will return to stock, unfortunately it does appear that this has been the case in relation to your order. Our items do not show as being "In Stock", they offer the option in which to "Add to Basket". I sincerely apologise for any confusion this may have caused, our Website works in a manner where a customer is always allowed to order on a pre-order basis, we would then contact said customer to advise of an estimated delivery date, as explained above. My sincerest apologies once again for any inconvenience caused and how long it has taken for you to recieve your items, if there is anything else I can do for you please do not hesitate to contact me directly on sales@pramcentre.co.uk Many thanks, Kelsi x

I ordered online a Nuna Leaf baby seat with toy bar on 1st April. Pramcentre took £172 from my account and then contacted me to say the item was not in stock. I AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND! I hope to get it this week...if not I am taking legal action. I am disgusted with this service. When my order was cancelled by you...so too should the money transaction! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

Hi Catherine, Thank you for taking the time to review us. I am so sorry that we have been unable to fulfil your order on this occasion. I can confirm that your refund has been processed and the funds have left our account which happens almost instantly, however unfortunately it is out with our control how long your bank then takes to allow the funds back into your account (sometimes 14 working days). With regards to the stock levels, our website allows for purchases to be made on a pre order basis therefore we don't actually show a stock level. The delivery process is then as follows which can be found in the deliveries section of our website: Free delivery within three working days (with exception of flat pack furniture, Dropshipped goods & all Mamas & Papas products which can be upto 10 days delivery) on all UK mainland orders over £49.99. Orders on or under £49.99 will be subject to a handling/shipping charge of £5.99 (above is subject to stock availability). One of our sales advisors will contact you by telephone or email with regards to advise you when your goods will arrive. Selected items may take longer to deliver if we do not have stock. For furniture, selected changers and cot beds we use an outside transport company and goods may be delivered pallatised, for this service a £45.00 delivery surcharge may apply. For such deliveries we will contact you to arrange for the goods to leave the store you will then be contacted by our carriers to arrange a suitable delivery day and then the delivering depot will contact you 24 hours prior to delivery to arrange a time slot. Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland delivery only. The below section of our terms also explains our refunding process: 6. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement but this right ends 14 days after the date we deliver the products to you. Any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of credit to your account within 14 working days. I hope this has allowed you to understand our order & refunding process and please know that we did everything requested of you as soon as it was requested. Please feel free to contact me if you have any other concerns or would like assistance with anything else as I would be more than happy to help. Again I am so sorry that we have been unable to fulfil your order at this time and hope that you decide to shop with us again soon. You can get in contact we me personally on natalie@pramcentre.co.uk or just ask for me on our live chat system on our website. Thank you for your understanding. Natalie x

I have waited nearly 2 months for my order to be delivered. I actually still don't have it and have been told it will be another week! I have never waited this long for any order. You should not be allowed to sell items without specifying that you don't actually stock them. Your staff are all very polite when I speak to them but when you don't have the items people have paid for I pity anyone having to take calls from irate parents! I will not use this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone else.

Hi, Mary. Thank you for taking the time to review us. My sincerest apologies that you have not yet received your full order. Having looked into this for you, I believe my colleague had spoken with you around 5:15pm last night and had advised that your outstanding items are expected to arrive on our Stokke delivery which is due tomorrow. My sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused to you thus far, the length of time which you have waited for your goods is in no way acceptable and I am sincerely sorry that we have let you down at this time. Under Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions it does note that we will contact customers if what they have ordered is not in stock and advise when the items are expected to arrive into our warehouse, I know this is no excuse for what has happened with your order as the timescale first given has been exceeded, and for this I am incredibly sorry. If there is anything else I can do for you to perhaps help restore your faith in our company please feel free to contact me directly on melissa@pramcentre.co.uk, Many thanks, Melissa x

Hi Abigail, I am so sorry that we have been unable to fulfil your order on this occasion. Unfortunately as our website allows for pre orders, products will always be available to buy even when no in stock as they are purchased on a pre order basis. The item itself doesn't actually show as in stock on the website unless there is a quantity of the stock amount showing against it. Please see section 3 of our T's & C's below to be fully advised of how our order process works: 3. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email and you may also receive a call or email from one of our advisers. We will call regarding stock availability if the items is not available and advise when the item will return to stock, payment and to discuss delivery details and times which would be the most suitable for youself. At this point a binding agreement between us will be established. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of order and our acceptance (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will e-mail you to advise of the change. You will then have to resubmit your order. Only credit and debit cards are accepted as payment via this site. Gift vouchers and credit notes not accepted. Please feel free to contact me on natalie@pramcentre.co.uk should you wish to discuss this matter further or if I can be of any other assistance I would be more than happy to help. Many Thanks, Natalie
