Have been waiting 6 weeks for my car seat to come and was not informed at any point as to what was going on. I had to phone them to find out that the colour I wanted wasn’t in stock which wouldn’t have bothered me as at this point I would have taken any colour! Very rude staff on the phone also. Very upsetting experience as they never felt the need to inform me at any point of the delays. Please avoid this place!

Very poor customer service , they lie to you had me waiting a month for a changing bag to then tell me they don’t have it in.Cancelled my order and asked for full refund what they said would take up to 3-5 working days still no refund over 10 days later not got back to my email would not recommend this company atal and would rate 0 stars.

Would never go back ordered a pram and moses basket to be phoned and told they couldnt get the pram eventually picked a new one.phoned on date to pick it up to be told they couldnt get the moses basket we wanted.went into shop picked a new moses basket and picked up pram.went home built pram some of it missing.phoned shop to be told you sure its missing.after the lady goes to check she tells us yes there is a box here for you.go back into store to be told no box here for you.she eventually goes and checks and finds the box that was meant for us.in all that not one appology for any of it.would never recomend it to anyone.

Over 10days and still waiting for my delivery. Left 2 messages for someone to let me know what’s happening. Finally I get an email to say my delivery has been dispatched and an attachment to cancel my delivery, but no other details given like when I’m actually going to get the delivery!!!! Took my payment quick enough!!! Such poor customer service would have expected a courtesy call/email to say there’s been a delay!!! If i could give this 0 stars I would! Wish I used my amazon account to purchase the item!! Still waiting for my parcel!!!!!!!!! Won’t be ordering from here again! Was supposed to be a present for an occasion thats now happened. So disappointed and utterly shocked at the service.

J'ai commandé un siège auto le 15/04/18, nous sommes le 06/06/18 et j'attends toujours mon siège ... Le service client est déplorable, ils refusent tout geste commercial, ce qui m'aurait semblé le minimum vu le désagrément occasionné (j'ai urgemment besoin de ce siège). Je croise maintenant les doigts pour que le colis finisse par arriver et surtout en bon état ....

Absolutely terrible service. They contacted us to say pram would be delivered! Waited in all day. DPD said only had information, no parcel. No delivery. Pram Centre Said it was human error! No compensation but could give us a wee free gift! List a days salary. We are a family run business and can’t give compensation! We have paid in full! Still no pram!! Losing another days salary tomorrow waiting for delivery!! Wish we had taken advice of other customers who had been let down. Very happy to take your money but not to provide the service!! Would definitely not recommend and would not buy anything else from them! I’m absolutely disappointed and disgusted! Hope you have better luck!!

I made my order at 08.05.2018. After one week I haven't receive my product but they had took my money from my account. When I call them and after I had 15mins on the line they told me that they don't have the color I order and if I would like an other one but they never informed me for that. As I said I would like to wait for the right color they told me that I will have my parcel at Monday 21st of May. On Tuesday nothing had come yet and I had to call them again and wait again 20mins on the line where they told me that they will deliver my order the next day. So I was waiting 16 days for something that they are saying on their site: ''Free delivery within three working days (with exception of flat pack furniture, Drop-shipped goods & all Mamas & Papas products which can be up to 10 days delivery)''. They never sent me anything for compensation, even I told them twice on the phone that I am very disappointed. The worst service I ever seen.

Ordered a twin travel system which has came with no clips to attach anything to it. Sent an email and after 2 weeks phoned to be met with a cheeky response of "Youve already been contacted about this". Well doll if I had I wouldnt be wasting my time phoning if that was the case. Need to wait a month for the clips to be delivered... if they ever do get delivered going back the fact they cant even respond to an email. They should not be sending out half available orders.

Ordered a car seat a month ago. Been promised multiple delivery dates for collection in store. Each time been told it’s not been delivered and that will be in the next delivery. Been promised multiple call backs and never received a call. Customer service is non existent. I’m going to go in store and get a refund at this rate my girl won’t need a car seat due to the false promises. Waste of time and money using this company.

I ordered my pram on 14th January & gave the date to collect this on 14th April, after travelling through to collect this i was told my pram wasnt available to collect & that they would send free of charge to my house within the week. With my due date only 3 weeks away, i was panicking & wanted to ensure i had the pram in enough time. I called back after the week to be told my pram still wasnt there but the chassis & car seat was there & that i could go & collect this. I did so & was told AGAIN that the pram, carrycot, & bag would be delivered within the week... still Nothing!!! I called again today to be told they are contacting the supplier to see where my order is, my due date is now 5 days away & i still only have my car seat & chassis!! if id have known it wouldnt have been available at the time i wouldve cancelled & went elsewhere!!!

Well well well ... no response to my complaint email!! Don’t use this place unless ur getting the pram from the shop there & then & u know what ur paying for! Had a hassle from when i went to collect my pram, ordered a silver package to be told everything will all be silver to match the pram, no mention of this not being the case until i go collect the pram. Got there to be told its a black car seat, blag changing bag & parasol ... BUT the changing bag wasn’t there yet & would send it to me when it became available. Baring in mind this isn’t what i paid for! I accepted the black items because theres black on the pram frame & wouldn’t be a big issue which i would say i was being more than reasonable! When i had to chase the changing bag nearly 3 weeks later to be told its not black it will be onyx, i agreed they send me it out but if it didn’t match id be taking it right back, and guess what it was completely odd! Went into the store for them not to care or try help with getting me the bag i ordered or get me a black silver cross bag at least, apparently they wouldnt pay a bit extra for a different bag even though it was them that mucked up my order & they kept passing the blame to silvercross! It doesn’t make sense i got a refund for my bag & was able to source the coloured bag to match my pram from silver cross outlet in Bradford! Only thing is i had to pay an extra £15 to get this because pram centre didnt want to accept the problem they have caused to me! This full experience has upset me & i will never use them again! Paying alot of money for a pram for them to think they will fob you off & give you what they want to!!

Absolutely disgusted by the service given after foning to see if all parts of our pram were in stock to be told ready for collection from 2nd April came to collect our pram on 5th April to be informed that actually our adapters were not in yet and would be in the next delivery n posted to us, i have just called the store again this morning as heard nothing to be told they are now out of stock... How can you justify as a store taking such orders and giving out collection dates given we ordered all this more than 6 months ago to then few days before our baby due being told ehh their not here and our drivers will drop them off when they come into store maybe next week... Shocking customer service if u ask me and i will now not be back to purchase another item from your store and will make sure that i do not recommend you to any family or friends.......

Will never order from this site again I ordered 4 items from here on the 11th of March about a week later I received only 1 of my items so I rang them and asked them where my other items are and they told me they was out of stock yet I didn’t even get a email to be told they was out of stock it took for me to ring them I then asked how long it was going to be till I received my items they told me a week I then still didn’t receive anything so rang up again to be told they still haven’t got the items in stock and they will be in by end of the week and it’s now the 3rd of April and still haven’t received them I rang up today to be told that they are due for delivery 6th of April so I asked her to go check to see if they have actually come in stock she came back to tell me that they have been sent in one Grey sheet and one white which is not what I order I have ordered 2 grey sheets and a waterproof sheet so I asked if they had a complaints department I can speak to for her to reply now it’s only a store we don’t do conplaints and now waiting for someone to ring me back to find out what is going on with my order nearly 4 weeks later this company is a absolute joke!!!!!

This whole transaction has been a nightmare, to begin my pram was "awaiting stock" and when I saw that it was now in stock I have to PROMPT PramCentre with several emails to even sent it out to me, they did. I bought I new model of a pram from them, when it came it was immediately clear this was the OLD MODEL with stickers stuck over the old name to deceive customers, but sold for over £200 more. I contacted them for a return which took MANY MANY emails and almost a week of back and forth to finally happen. I am now waiting for an almost £1000 refund from then they said would be processed immediately upon the pram getting back to them. This was days ago now. In my opinion they're con artists. I've seen other complaints of people not receiving refunds too. I will be taking legal action if my refund isn't issued within the next few days as I have the emails to prove they have lied and been deceptive. Disgusting service. I would not only not recommend, but encourage people NOT to use their service.

Purchased a bouncer for my little boy. I was contacted around a week later to say that there was a stock issue and it would be a further 3 weeks if I was happy to wait. I asked to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I have sent numerous emails requesting my money back but I am yet to receive a refund. Agents have not replied to me and one has advised they will get my refund processed however this was never done.

I ordered a Concord XT Car seat in Cherry Red stated 2 weeks delivery. A week later I was informed apparently by email (never received it) that it had been discontinued - These things happen. I paid £274.99 including delivery. I was told they could supply Bordeaux Red, which I could order online for less money, no problem they said we will price match. I sent them the link for www.preciouslittleone.com who are selling it for £191.95 including delivery. Oh, they said we can't price match that company and yes we can cancel your order but you will have to wait 3-5 days for your money. These guys do not have clue how to run an online business, do yourself a favour and avoid.

I ordered my I candy peach pram back in September and was informed it could be delivered to my home address for my chosen date (6th January), I received a call 2 weeks ago advising the pram was in store and could be picked up if preferred, so my partner and I made the drive down to collect to be informed that the carrycot part was missing and they would give me a call when in store, (still no contact from them so I call to enquire to be informed their first delivery is on 8th January (2days after my first chosen date of delivery) and they are hoping it arrives then, absolutely ridiculous service and the attitude from the staff is just disgraceful, this can be a stressful time for people and they have no empathy at all
