Ordered cotbed in may told would receive in june, then told very sorry would arrive in September they were having problems with the company that supply the cots now they say they are not supplying cot anymore. Due in 3 weeks no cot told I can pick something else, just got my money back. Service is ridiculous not once did anyone contact us to tell us any of this we always had to contact them to find out what was happening. But they did say they left a voicemail which was bull. Avoid the place if u want a stress free pregnancy.

Customer service of the pram centre is absolutely disgusting. There is a certain member of staff who works in customer services who is the rudest person I have ever dealt with, after causing me embarrassment in front of a full shop & reducing me to tears arguing with me over a pittiful amount of money due to my inner tube on my tyre of pram needing replaced. I will never use the pram centre again, however I will say Tracey the manager & owner of the PC were very helpful and apologetic about this issue.

Avoid like the plague. They take your money with no invention of providing item. Dont be fooled by the cheap prices, its cheap for a reason. Spend that little extra for peace of mind. If you are daft enough to use them....USE PAYPAL! Check out reviews on other review sites. Terrible company. Im starting to believe that the positive reviews are fake.

Travel cot ordered Saturday - delivery guaranteed by Wednesday at the latest - did not arrive. Then guaranteed 10.30 Thurs delivery - did not arrive. Customer service abysmal. Staff don't appear to care. I will never deal with this company again.

VERIFIED REVIEWER I ordered an item on the 1st July and i've only just received an email saying that they were sorry but this item was out of stock. It didn't arrive in time for the baby shower and they didn't let me know about this until I called them and then they emailed me a standard email not a personal response to my email enquiries and again didn't offer a discount or compensation. Really disappointing. Won't ever use this website again. Shame as I have 12 friends who are pregnant so they could have had a lot of service.

I ordered an item on the 10th of May, we are the 18th of July and I still havent got it I had to email them 3 times and got replies , we are sorry this items is out of stock it will be back within 10-14 days, its the second time they tell me that... even if they do apologise, there is not offer of a discount or refund very disappointing

Do not use them. They do not respond to e-mails, phone calls, live chat or twitter. I have had to contact my credit card provider to try and obtain a refund. After 6 weeks of no response. Absolutely no customer service.

WORST SHOP EVER. I ordered pram. After one month still didn't receive it. In the meantime I sent 5 emails with no response. I called them without any result. Lady on the phone told me she will call back in 10 minutes which never happened. Next calls couldn't go through. I was lucky that I paid with paypal so they could get me back my money AVOID AVOID AVOID

We spent an age in the shop on the first visit. Was shown a car seat we liked and assured that it would compatible with the Pram we wanted. When we went to order we were then told that the car seat did not fit. So then had to make another choice on the car seat. On ordering we were Told the car seat would be about 4 weeks and the pram would be 10-12 weeks. 4 weeks- no car seat. 5 weeks - no car seat 6 weeks - no car seat You can see where this is going. Eventually the car seat and pram wheels were sent. No pram Body!!! Plus the car seat we were told had been subject to a problem and had to be ordered again. The excuse for it being late. Chased this up and were told it would be in next week. It didn't arrive. To cut an already long story short, we have been told every week since 20th May that the delivery will be in next week. This was clarified on an e-mail "assuring" is that it would be in. We asked why we were lied to they denied this was a lie???? Today (06/0/17) we still have no pram!! We have to constantly phone and wait on hold. We are then told it will be looked into and they will phone us back. They never do and we need to keep chasing them. Avoid like the plague. Bad customer service. Just tell you what they think you want to hear and then deny that they have lied when they blatantly have!!!! If they cannot interpret their systems to see when. A delivery is due then more training is needed. We also explained that we had read the reviews of the centre (probably too late). She told us that every store gets bad reviews. It doesn't look like they act upon it at all. Same problems that we have had and still going on. If they are that busy then employ more staff/more capable staff and stop winging it. If I was to describe the way the company is run in one word then it would be "amateur"

Took payment for a car seat and then a few days later advised it was out of stock and would be for two weeks. It's now been more than two weeks and they can't tell me when it will be in stock. Refused to consider any good will offer.

Worse company to history! I have waited 8 weeks for my cot set, they then decided to deliver it on a day I wasn't in. They didn't even tell me they were delivering it!!! And after being told every week different things over the phone it will be next week, it will be next week it has been an absolute joke!! 3 weeks left of pregnancy my cot set arrived, however I now have the problem of my pram not arriving! Got given a delivery slot which then changed from 9.30-10.30 to between 6am-10pm WHO DELIVERS AT 10PM?!, no contact number to ring to see where my pram was. Then got another text giving me another time slot from 1.30-2.30pm , 5 minutes later got ANOTHER text saying that time slot has been cancelled and I will receive it before 6pm. I am heavily pregnant and never been messed around so much in all my life! Worst shopping experience ever, I will never be ordering from here again.

I ordered the mama and papas Light & Sound Lotty Playmat & Gym Product ID: 583910580195 .. it says usually post within 24 hours. Got an email confirmation that it was on its way but then the courier said its not with them. This was two weeks ago. I've not received anything and nobody is responding to any emails that I've sent nor is anyone answering the phones. I've tried hours on all the different options!

I ordered two cribs and two mattresses several months ago, I recieved cribs very promptly Was told the mattereses out of stock would be in on Friday Well after several e mails and calls with promises of deliver , I still have not recieved my mattresses only excuses like lost in transet

I ordered a crib that was on sale, really excited because I didn't think I could afford one and it was an excellent price. However, 19 days later I'm still waiting for delivery. I've heard nothing from the couriers, who have apparently tried to deliver it. I was promised it would be sent again on Tuesday this week, it's now Friday and still no news. No reply to my increasingly desperate and disgruntled emails. I am not happy. Only have them 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. :(

My bad experience with this site was a few days ago. I decided to order a Silver Cross pram which was signed as "in stock" and in a very best priced compared to every other UK prams' websites. The payment was succeeded immediately and I was happy I would finally get a pram for my future son. On the next day I received an email stated that they were sorry but because of there NEW website there were some problem and this pram was actually not in stock and eventually they could receive it in few weeks. I was socked as my wife could give a birth in these few weeks. Immediately I wrote them to refund me ASAP so I could have the chance to buy a pram from another site. Moreover, the bank holidays discounts have just been started , so it was a best time for me to shop for my future son. I contacted them and the girl which I spoke to told me that I would be refunded in 2-5 working days, but they returned the money on the 6th day, so I missed the Bank Holidays discounts and now the pram is extremely expensive.

4 weeks after order still no delivery -> very nice contact with callcenter -> 2.delivery after 4 days(very fast) -> "delivery notes" not forwarded to the Courier service, so the 2.delivery also not arrived because they did not know where to ring (DELIVERY NOTE!!).....hope for the next try :(

If I could Give it a zero, I would. Absolutely shocking customer service. For two days straight I have been trying to contact this company as I have still not received my order after nearly 2 weeks. With no correspondence from them at all. Reading reviews now I wish I'd known before as I wouldnt have used them. More people need to know about this site and how unreliable it is. Quick enough to take the money off you as a customer. Even worse 9 times out of 10 the customers using this site will be pregnant or new mums in a vulnerable state as it is, having the added stress of a company that doesn't deliver is not what they need.
