Lucky to get one star this place is a disgrace take your money then don't deliver ordered pram September to be here end of January baby here in 8 days and pram still not here nobody answers phone customer service is terrible been waiting for a manager to phone me for days if you want a stress free buy go to mothercare I will be going tomorrow to demand refund and going to mothercare and hope baby doesn't come early please don't use this company it's honestly the worse

Bought an Emmaljunga pram in May for my first baby which was due in August and we were not offered the footmuff. As our baby is long he was out of the carrycot by 4 months so went into store on 26th November to order the footmuff to find it was discontinued therefore had to order the plain black footmuff. Come 20th december we still hadnt received the footmuff but after being on hold for 45mins I gave up trying to get through. My mum phoned on 29th December and got through after 30mins on hold to be told they would phone her back on 3rd Jan once the supplier opened. No phonecall on 3rd therefore I phoned on 4th Jan and was told the supplier didn't open until 9th and I would get a phonecall then. I received nothing from them so called again on 12th Jan and vented my frustration at them having my money for 6 weeks and I still didn't have the footmuff and no one had bothered to call me back. Was told footmuff would be in within the week. Sure enough no phonecall and after being hold hold again was emailed to say it was the wrong footmuff which had even delivered but it was similar so did I want that????? Demanded to speak to the manager but she was busy and did eventually call me back to say she was overtaking my order. Amazingly it only took 10 days for the correct footmuff to get to me even though I had been waiting 2 months before that !!!!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!

We ordered a Quinny Buzz Xtra and Maxi Cosi car seat in Dec so we had plenty of time for delivery before out baby arrived in Feb. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive in store and then they would contact us. By the end of Jan, we still had not heard from them so phoned to double check that the order was in store. We were told it wasn’t but that it would be in that week or at the weekend at the latest. Again, we had no contact from them so phoned on the Saturday to check it was us in for us to pick up. We were told it wasn’t and that it would be another 2-3 weeks for the delivery to arrive. This meant that the delivery would not arrive until well after my due date. When I said this to the lady I spoke to, she asked how likely it would be that the baby would arrive on the due date!!! We decided to go into the store the next day to find out what was happening as it had been almost 2 months since we placed the order and our baby was due in 9 days. When we spoke to them in store, there was no pram and it would definitely not be in store in time for us but we could have the car seat – at a much higher cost than the deal we had agreed! By this point, we decided to stop the order and get our deposit back. With our baby due so close, we were very upset and this had caused us huge stress. We went straight to Mothercare to see what we could do quickly. They ordered the products we wanted and said it would be 3-5 working days for delivery – which is exactly what happened! We had such a positive experience with them, with lovely staff understanding just how awful our experience at the Pram Centre had been. We also paid less for the product in Mothercare than at the Pram Centre with service that out shone! I don’t usually write negative reviews but I could not let this go without sharing our experience and at such a late date in my pregnancy. I can’t express how disappointed I was at a time when everything should be about excitement about our new arrival!

Ordered an item from them and two weeks later I wondered where it was. Had to go and ask them myself to be informed that the item was apparently out of stock though I hadn't been informed. Was told it would take two weeks to come back into stock, gave them the benefit of the doubt and since baby wasn't here yet I wasn't in a rush. Waited the two weeks and then cancelled, item was never even dispatched. Was never informed of anything had to chase it up myself.

Absolutely appealing service. i order a pushchair to be delivered within 3-4 weeks. When I called to chase as I had no sign of delivery I was delivered that Cybex never deliver within this lead time and it is minimum 6 weeks! Apparently they don't mind misleading customer into buying products although it is against trading standard. I then was promise a phone call within the 1h to solve this issue, I had to wait 4 hours and was told that they will look into offering me an alternative> I received a call next morning to be informed that I could have one of their display pushchair for 20% and I will have to pay for the rest! or get refund. Knowing that most of display are sold for half price it is obviously a ridiculous offer. The person hang up on me as I wasn't happy with the offer. Disgraceful, please never buy from this website.

My babies cot arrived all damaged, wood chipped and falling apart, noway I could let my baby sleep in it, emailed the Pram centre after making two phone calls and being on hold 30mins each time, no one has got back to me and my baby has no cot to sleep in.

I'm lost for words!!!!!!! I have been trying from sat 21/01/2017 to resolve an order re no 7614(WEB7614). I placed the order at 11.15 on the 21/01/2017 I ordered the wrong item by mistake, I e-mailed you at about 5 the same day, before any of the order was dispatched. I asked you to replace with the MamaRoo at £229 in plush grey you advised me the order was added for me. I have now sent about 5 e-mails explained my situation. And still you dispatched the order I did not want, so I was unable to give my daughter the gift I had promised her. So if anyone can help with this situation, I would be very great full. However if you are unable to help would you please advise me, to enable to purchase the MamaRoo in another shop. I would appreciate your response as soon as possible. Thank you. Linda oneill

The whole delivery was a shamble 3 items 1 missing 1 incorrect colour 1 trouble putting item together. Do not recommend to purchase from you, emailed and drips and drop responses, called over 30 mins holding still didn't get through. Live chat no one there replying. Company is poorly organised I'm just hoping I get refund on missing item as advised.

Item out of stock, instead of stating that on line, payment was taken, i was then informed out of stock - no good to me I needed item asap! 3 months on I'm still waiting for refund - and they still sent the item 3 months later! Ridiculous! Never again!

Asked for best price on "Live Chat" was quoted a good price, but after about 15 mins the price was raised by £300 because of "input error on our new system". The new price is much more than I've been quoted elsewhere.....

Never received full order still waiting.phoned 3 times on phone for 1 hour each time to be hanged up on.absolute disgrace for a big company.now have to argue this out with them for items I didn't receive. They blame delivery company.but it there fault and there trying to fob it off and blame others as I still await a cradle n matress.I did receive a part parcel of 2 cradle bedding on that date but on parcel it states 1 of 1 parcel which with my brother being a delivery drIver has told me that means only 1 parcel was sent.which means 1of 1 and no othersI. e if cradle n mattress where also sent there should have been a 1of 3 and 2of3 and 3of 3 disgusting behaviour of a large company.sort it out and get my other items sent to me my daughter due in 2 days and am still left waiting with all the excuses

After being told I would receive a phone call Monday morning regarding my delivery (or lack of), and still nothing on Thursday I made a phone call! Finally got through after waiting 23minutes, to find out my Moses basket that should have been delivered middle of November will now be middle of January (when I am due). They did give me the option to change or cancel it, all a bit late as that is the one I want and other websites have a 4 week waiting list -reason I ordered from here as wanted it nice and early! Customer service is embarrassing, no offer of any compensation and still unable to guarantee when I will receive this! Have made 6 phone calls in total to chase it up, not once have I been contacted by them! Absolute disgrace and wouldn't recommend! I would be cancelling my order if I had more time, unfortunately I don't! The product is still 'in stock' on the website but it hasn't been for 7 weeks!

Ordered £875 pram through easypay paying £200deposit on 10/11/16 paid remaining balance on16/12/16 of £675, when order status didn't change for three days I messaged them to find out when pram would be delivered only to be told pram had been discontinued! Why was my order taken when pram obviously was not availabe, my baby has now arrived and has no pram,I will have to wait for my £875 to be paid back into my account before I can buy my pram elsewhere, in the meantime my baby has no pram.i am not impressed by this company. They take your money when they havent got the products they say are in stock when you place your order that to me is false advertising. Buyer beware they are liars!!!

Ordered a toy for my Grandaughter for her 1 st Birthday waited nearly 3 weeks. Her birthday came and went - still no toy. Sent email and told out of stock and they would send a confirmation when dispatched. Waited again, heard nothing, more time went by, so I rang company. as it was never going to reach me before Christmas, only then did they send my order, with no apology for the disappointing delay, I had to buy an alternative toy for herbirthday. Not impressed and won't be recommending to any of my friends.

I ordered a rocking horse for my daughter for Christmas and they sent a Email to confirm the payment had been successful but they didn't say when it would be delivered, I then have been trying to call them had to find the number on the Internet didn't attach a phone number on the order confirmation when I got a number I can't get through so who knows if my daughter will get her rocking horse? Bad customer service.
