Customer service is appalling. They agreed to refunding the cost of a moses basket stand and would arrange to collect it. This has gone on for weeks and it still hasn't happened. They claim to have called my daughter on several occasions (once). Buying the thing in the first place was problematic. I have never a company as bad as this

Terrible customer service. Have waited for mattress since 4th April. Still waiting after numerous phone calls and excuses. Very disappointed.

I spent £110 on an Uppababy Piggyback board only to have it delivered in the most appalling state possible. It looked like someone had stomped all over the box and then given it a good kick or two to finish it off. Shocking. Surely higher value items like this should be packaged and shipped with more care. Will be returning.

I placed an order on 27 Feb and was told it was in stock. After they willingly took my payment for the item I was informed the item wasn't actually in stock and would take 2-3 weeks to ship. I was told I would be contacted by the company when the item came in to arrange delivery. 3.5 weeks later and still no call, I contacted the company. They informed me that unfortunately they placed an order for the wrong color but would order the correct one and have it in for me in another 2-3 weeks. Again, I was told they would contact me within that time frame to arrange delivery. I never received a call (again). With my baby being due that week I reached out to them explaining my frustration and was told they were sorry but the item still hadn't been received. When I asked how long it would be they told me they had to contact the manufacturer to find out but that they would call me back. You guessed it, no call back for days. I was left on hold for 43 minutes and never given a response. We are now 2 months past the time I placed the order and I still have not received the item nor have I been provided an estimated arrival date for the item. Every time I call I am told someone will call me back when they have an answer. They have THE WORST customer service and although their items say they are "in stock" online a large majority of them are not, as they told me. Please do not waste your time with this company. It ends up being more of a headache than anything else.

I ordered the quinny moodd and online confirmed that it was instock used easypay and finished paying on the 3rd of march I received a phone call asking when I would like delivery of the pram and had asked for the end of march or start of April as I am due in may 4th so if I go early give me time to have the pram all prepped up and ready to go. I was told it would be next day delivery basically so I received an email saying it had been dispatched on the 31st of march and I am still waiting I have contacted them and all I have been told is our supplier hasn't sent it out yet it can take up to 7-10 days which I was told at the start of April it is now the 19th of April and I'm still getting told the same excuse I have tried telling the company that I am getting induced tomorrow and they have been no help at all in anything the package I ordered included the car seat which all mums will know you can not leave the hospital without these days and I do not have one because of the huge problem that the pram centre has caused for me.

I would strongly encourage you to look at other pram centre reviews outwith this website before you shop with them if you want to have a stress and hassle free pregnancy and buying experience. I went to their store on the strength of reviews here and spent just under £1,000 in February 2017 - the service, or lack of, that I received since has been absolutely terrible, resulting in my cancelling the order 10 weeks later when the products still hadn't arrived, despite their showing as in stock on the website the whole time. However I now know from looking at other review websites this is far from an uncommon problem and many buyers have experienced the same issues as I have. I want to present a fair review, so it's important to say that the shopping experience in store was good - there is a large range to view from multiple manufacturers. After paying for the order in full in store I was advised that two of the three items had a four week wait for delivery, which was fine. The problems I have experienced since are: 1. On returning home I noticed one of the items I bought in store was £40 more expensive than online. It took hours on hold to the pramcentre, though in the end I resorted to emails, and almost two weeks to have the difference refunded. At no point during purchase was I told there would be a wait for this item which 10 weeks later still hadn't arrived. I would point out that during this whole time the pramcentre had it listed as in stock on their website and dispatched within 24 hours. 2. As time progressed and there was repeatedly no sign of my order or updates from the pramcentre, I've had to initiate contact with them on four occasions - a phone call and three online chats - to find out what was happening and to express my concern. During each I was guaranteed that my order would arrive within a certain timeframe, which passed each time without the order arriving. I was also promised return emails from the 'buying team' on several occasions with an update on what the issue was and when I would receive my order, but they never materialised. The items continued to show as in stock on the website the whole time. A few points I found particularly interesting: Despite being asked on several occasions, no one at the pram centre would answer why products are consistently showing as in stock on their website when they clearly weren't. Looking at other reviews this appears to be far from an isolated occurrence. 10 weeks later, when I'd had enough and phoned to cancel my order and have it refunded, I wasn't asked why I was cancelling it and wanted a refund. This strikes me as very odd - surely that's a question all companies would ask unless having to process refunds is something they are frequently doing. I was later referred to a manager as it turned out the items were now miraculously in stock and ready to be delivered to me. Nonetheless I continued to cancel the order, both because I simply didn't believe the items were now ready, and also because by that stage I wanted nothing to do with the pramcentre other than my money back. The next day I ordered the items from two other online baby suppliers, and received two of the three within a week, and the third within two weeks.

Got cot bed matress and a baby couture buggy. Came within 2days. Really pleased with buğgy and matress and delivery. Just opened cot bed to build it n it's covered in cracks

Ordered a pushchair in November 2016. First they contact me to say the website was incorrect and the pushchair was out of stock and would be approximately 3 weeks until delivery. When the pushchair never arrived I contacted them to be told that it had been sent to the wrong address and they would need to locate it and would call back. Never heard anything again. So chased again and again and again. Finally the pushchair arrived 3 months later but without the accessories. Had to chase them twice more for the accessories. Finally they arrive several weeks later. I used the pushchair three time and the wheel fell off causing the pushchair to jerk violently which in turn cause my child to scream and cry. Contacted the Pramcentre who took over a month to arrange for the pushchair to be returned and a month on still no refund. So no pushchair and no refund. Only use this company if you want to waste your life chasing them and throw away your money.

It took about 3 months to get a changing bag and every time I phoned it cost about £4.00 to chase about the bag

After being advised that Pram Centre was very good I placed an order, a crib, mattress, sheets and bath monitor. When part of the order arrived it was broken, the crib had obviously been dropped and trodden on. I tried to contact them as soon as it arrived. I spend 3 days on the phone an hour each time, no answer, I sent complaint emails with pictures no answer, they have never responded and have failed to also send the rest of my delivery, I would not recommend this company.

I ordered a foot muff over a month ago. They originally sent the wrong one, so I emailed them. They replied and asked when would be a good time for them to pick up the wrong one they delivered. I replied. But then I didn't hear anything back for SEVEN DAYS, so I emailed them again. Four days went by with no reply, so I phoned them. The person I spoke to said that they didn't know why but the new delivery of the correct foot muff hadn't been arranged. She said she would see to it. EIGHTEEN DAYS have now gone by and not only have I not received the foot muff, but they haven't even contacted me to give me an update. I just phoned them and they said that the foot muff HASN'T EVEN LEFT THE SUPPLIER YET! It's was eighteen days ago that they said they would get the new foot muff sent out, and it's still with the supplier?! This has been unacceptably poor service!

The worst place to order from ever!! Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere. Trust me! I had to chase up a car seat for 2 months but they were happy to take my money quickly. You get passed from pillar to post with. I one to give you answers and surprise surprise their customer service review section is empty where you can't even leave your own review. A joke!

Gosh, where do we start...went to purchase a pram and the girl serving us didn't have a clue on what functions the pram had let alone how to fold and which car seat was compatible. Researching on line was our only option which helped greatly. The pram which we then went to purchase was on a 4-5 week lead time via pram centre, can get next day delivery direct from manufacturer! Secondly if you are willing to wait and wait and wait some more listening to music for someone to pick up the telephone then it should fill up about an hour of your day which you will never get back. All in all worst place I have ever dealt with for customer services. Would I recommend-definitely not.

My order was dispatched falsely to Australia, and not Austria (EU). They blamed the courier service for the mistake. They informed me that I have to wait for an item to come back from Australia, before they could ship me the same item again to Austria. Almost a month after I have ordered an item seller is no longer replying to my service requests. Very bad customer support, very bad business case. Not recommended vendor. There are plenty of other sites out there, strongly recommend that you use them.
