Visited today ... there were so few staff on the floor that it took at least 15 minutes to locate someone to assist us with advice on a baby carrier product. We then had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to attend the till to allow me to make a purchase. My grandchild required to use the baby changing facilities and was unable to do so due to the dreadful stench in the area caused (we were told ) by the nappy bins just having been emptied. (Perhaps more frequent housekeeping schedule would prevent this) No alternative area was offered for us to use ......we will not be back

Checked they would ship to me before ordering, they confirmed they would. Made an order, they took my money then told me they can't. It's been 2 weeks and I still don't have my refund. Going off of other reviews I'm beginning to think this is a scam website.

Before to do the order I asked how long is going to be to deliver it because I have to leave the country in three weeks time. Shelby, one of the workers assu me that the order is going to be before we leave so I bought it. Today I have been told that it is impossible to get those items on time. Very bad experience because I lost time to buy things for my child.

From start to finish it was a hassle dealing with the pram centre! I had to chase up orders, emails were ignored. Was told one thing but another happening. I had to change two of my items because after payment I was told they wouldn't be in stock for atleast 6 weeks! And to top it off one of my items was damaged and I have still to this day to hear back from them after umpteen attempts to sort it out. Very very poor.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered stroller came quick brilliant... ordered the matching foot muff and well after 4 weeks of waiting, no communication, having phone put down on me, lots of different stories about why I havnt received my order and where it is, I've decided to cancel. I've waited 4 weeks and still don't have my item. I've decided to order it from a reputable store and it will be here in 2 days. I've been offered no compensation for all the phone calls and the time wasted by this company. The staff are rude. I would NEVER recommend anyone order from this company.

I ordered a pram that was fully in stock and paid for it. Then received an email 3 days later that said that is wasn't in stock and wont be for 3 months. I was then contacted to say that if I needed to place a refund to contact them. So I did and never received a response. I then after multiple attempts managed to contact them on Saturday 4th/nov and then was told I would received a full refund via paypal on Monday 06th/11. After still not receiving any funds I had to contact them once again where they told me they had issues with refunds but didn't think it was important to let me know. Will be opening a case with them on paypal if I don't not receive my money back within 24hrs. Really regretting ordering anything from this website. Little contact false promises and shoddy customer services.

Total attitude from collections at second shutter. Had a 3 in 1 pram ordered for 5 months would expect it to be in store waiting to pick up on collections date. No correspondence to let me know if in store or not. Collections date comes to pick up go and not been delivered. Told it would be in for following Monday 1 week away latest. Go on Monday speak to staff at counter to check off receipt and go to collections shutter to be told it’s not in either. Currently sitting at home with 1 part of the pram. Staff attitude ridiculous when asked what do you mean it’s not in as I gave an extra week after for to collect to save me going back and man said ‘ it means exactly what I told you ‘mate’ it’s not in. Shocking!!!! Spending so much money for a horrible experience stress and bad customer service!!! Try to phone and no answer!! Never again.

Items ordered 2 months ago still haven’t arrived! I have emailed every week for the past few weeks to find out when all my items will arrive and I have been told every week that I will have everything by the end of the week. I’m finding this all very frustrating as my baby is now due in a few weeks, when I placed the order, everything was due to arrive within 2-3 weeks! The items that have arrived, have been delivered separately, I have had some items that arrive day after day, fortunately I have very nice neighbours who do not mind taking in my parcels every day when I’m at work!

After sending several emails and trying to contact shop today I had a email saying they can no longer fulfill my order. Feeling very disappointed as when order was placed in july stated was in Stock! I have rated them 1 however I don't feel this is even deserved. They are happy to take your money but don't order items. Very disappointed and will never use this site again

Horrendous, painfully slow customer service. Haven't had my order has been weeks since it was supposed to be delivered, asked for refund. Not heard a thing!! Do not bother with this company

Firstly I was told that nursery furniture would be with us in 10-14 days but, in fact, took 5 weeks. The main problem was the communication. Tried calling them on numerous occasions without success. Twice we stayed on the line for up to 20 minutes and still no answer. I e mailed my concerns at least four times and no one got back to us. Our furniture finally arrived yesterday but I wouldn't order from them again. Customer Service is non existent. Poor show!!

The cot I ordered 3 months ago which took 2.5 months to come arrived faulty. The replacement has still not arrived. My newborn is without a cot and despite numerous emails I have had no real explanation or incentive offered to me to use this company again. Absolutely awful experience. I can't imagine PramCentre will continue to do business for much longer as they are unable to offer any level of customer service. I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Such a shame!

Absolute joke. Keep being lied to about my order, be here next week, next week. Still nothing, and getting hold of someone is a joke. Would never order from them again. Useless.

Ordered 2 in stock items 24th August to then later find out 1 was out of stock so, I contacted chat to ask for the out of stock item to be cancelled and just send the instock to then be told they are both out of stock. You should not sell to a consumer unless you have the stock or it's clearly listed as a pre-order. This was my first and last order and now I'll have to wait 5 days for my refund

Ordered on 4 June to be told delivery around 14/15 June. Finally received my items on 21 Aug!!! After chasing nearly every week and being given different outcomes! Company very difficult to contact and only sometimes replies to your queries. On delivery, the driver was on his own and asked if I could help him unload (at 7 and a half months pregnant)!!!! He eventually unloaded himself after whinging about it the whole time he was here. Delivery trucks should be double manned for H&S as the items I ordered stated 2 man carry/lift! Shocking service. This company were quick enough to take over £1000 out of my acct and extremely slow to provide me with my items!

Terrible customer service. Bought our pram here and within a month the wheels buckled, these were replaced only for the fault to appear again! Tried to return as not fit for purpose but got nowhere. They refused to acknowledge any problem, even though the wheels were clearly bent and had already been replaced! Have sent multiple emails and letters- no responce. Impossible to get an answer when phoning! Wish I had read reviews before going here. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!
