“This item was very easy to order, arrived earlier then delivery date on line, (great) packaging is very strong, well labelled, I can not comment on the item it's self as it is a gift and will not be in use until January 2016, when the baby will be born, but yes would use this seller again”

“I ordered on Saturday afternoon and received delivery of 'Emily the snail' Tuesday lunchtime, quicker than I had expected. ???? During ordering I accidentally pressed back and forgot to re-enter my delivery address details, oops. But I had no need to worry as I went onto the chat function and chatted with a wonderful lady called Melissa who corrected my delivery address, no fuss and super helpful. I am extremely happy with both the quality of the product and the excellent customer service I have received and will be ordering again in the near future.”
