“Very good service and a pleasure to deal with. The item I ordered had been advertised on there website but discontinued by mamas & papas so they where unable to get any stock in. I received a phone call the next day from them with an apologie and full refund was given also the next day.”

“Ordered a cot bed which arrived very quickly and by a courier which gave us a one hour delivery window on the morning of delivery (rather than waiting between 7am and 7pm!). Excellent service and would definitely use again.”

“Order didn't go as planned, but was offered a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, I'd already bought a pram elsewhere. Would use site again, but would make sure they have the pram in the colour I want first. Seems like a nice family run business.”

Hi, Kyle. Thank you for taking the time to review us. My sincerest apologies that you feel we have let you down at this time. I believe it was my colleague Melissa who you spoke to in regards to your recent order with us. I have just logged on to our Payment System and I can see that you had placed your order at 13:05pm on Saturday 30th January, your refund was then processed at 17:27pm that same day. As it was processed on the weekend, the bank will not have processed this action until Monday 1st February, with this then being the first working day. All Debit/Credit Card Refunds will take around 3-5 working days to show back in to your account, if the money does not show in your Bank Account by tomorrow night then I would suggest contacting your bank as we processed the refund in the first instance. The Stroller which you had ordered is still available to purchase on a Pre-Order basis, as stated on our website. My sincerest apologies once again for any inconvenience caused to you thus far, if there is anything else I can help you with please do not hesitate to contact me directly on natalie@pramcentre.co.uk. “Great customer service! One of the items I ordered was out of stock for 3 weeks. I asked for a refund and this was sent to me promptly and in my account before the original payment was made to them, which meant I was able to order the product elsewhere within a day! Very happy with my order. Thank you!”
