“I purchased the high chair in readiness for the birth of my first grandchild, I know she won't need it for a while, but the price was right. I received it quickly, however the was a slight fault with the tray. When I contacted customer services, they sent me out a replacement for the next day. That's super service!! I checked the chair over, and it's gone away now ready for baby to need it. The only thing I'm slightly nervous about is that I am unsure if the seat will stay in height position.. I think it's likely that thats just me, as the highchair looks to be lovely quality”

“I have loved dealing with the Pram centre, the online shopping experience was hassle free and informative. There was even an issue with an item I had ordered being out of stock and discontinued and this was dealt with promptly and an alternative was arranged and taken care of. I also visited the pram centre and cannot praise the place enough, I am new to the world of babies, I am currently 26weeks pregnant and the staff members and online information have made making my purchases a pleasure. Thank you! I would highly recommend :)”

“Received Footmuff. Bought in sale for only £17.50 so thought it might not be that good. How wrong was I? Footmuff is amazing. Extremely padded and soft so fab for my little girl when she goes to sleep. Extremely satisfied. Pram centre were very quick at dispatch and overall I'm highly satisfied x”

“Ordered a Tripp trapp high chair in a bundle with two accessories at a discount from rrp, on the basis of the advertised 2-3 day delivery time. Pram centre contacted me the next day to say one of the pieces was out of stock and would take a few weeks to come in, as I wanted it for the weekend I cancelled that part of the order. When the chair arrived it did not have the other accessory with it, even though I had confirmed with the salesperson who had phoned that I still wanted the other two pieces. When I phoned to find out if the accessory was on its way, I was told that it had been cancelled from my order and would take a few weeks to come in to stock. Very disappointed as I now have the high chair without the accessories to make it useable for my baby and have paid full rrp instead of the reduced rate advertised for the bundle.”

“Hoping i will be able to update this but having ordered and submitted items and payment going through I've been j formed there is a 3-4 week wait. This could have been specified on the products stock listing at the time I added to basket. I note on the pushchair the website stock still says 1 available so not sure why I am having to wait 3-4 weeks of that is the case. Disappointed but I have received an initial email from customer services to notify me of the delay and a prompt response to point me to the t&c's which apparently say stock delays can happen and will be bought to the customers attention. Doesn't get me my order any quicker or prevent future customers submitting orders in future if availability isn't accurate, thus creating more work for a customer service team.”

“after finding out you have no stock to send i then had to find out for myself what to do next after tying on more than 1 ocation to get through on the phone no easy task i find out that i may be up to 14days before the pram may be delivered and still no confirmation of that to date my grandaughter who the push chair is for is streesed already without more to contend with”

I have just been on to your order and I can see that my colleague had processed your order on the 27th January after you had advised that you were ok to wait for the Pushchair to become available. “Pram centre were brilliant,they price matched my pushchair/pram for me,no fuss and hassle,it was really simple and easy and I placed the order at 2pm the day before and had it delivered at 11am the next day,and I'm based in Birmingham so I was extremely impressed,they were very prompt and made every effort to meet my needs,I chose to purchase from them instead of mothercare and I would definitely recommend them,I don't normally write reviews but pram centre really impressed me”

“Excellent service and prompt delivery. Arrived well packaged. I had a text to say what time the package would be delivered and when it arrived I was very pleased. I did purchase the Maxi cosi pebble car seat in all black . Just to bear in mind the head higher does look navy on the picture but it's actually grey.”
