“I attempted to cancel my purchase multiple times via emails paypal online but no acknowledgment yet I've received this email? The delivery man took it to return bk to yourselves just need a full refund”

I have tracked the goods and requested that the Highchair is RTC (Returned to Consignor). Delivery into our warehouse should take place over the next day or two, as soon as the item has been booked in your refund will then be processed by management. “Frustrated, as had ordered an item and it is not in stock. Although I had a voicemail to let me know the item wasn't in stock an email would have been better or ideally showing stock availability at point of purchase. Customer service did not have any record of my order and had to call me back to let me know my purchase wasn't on the way. The customer service person was very pleasant so saved from a very poor review.”

“Cot was delivered to wrong address as wrong number had been put on address label only knew where it was as delivery company had sent a text saying it was left at a neighbour address”

“There is no indication of delivery time at any point during the purchase nor in the follow up email. I called your customer services and waited 20 Minutes but still no one picked up, I still have no idea when I will receive my order and with a small baby don't have time to wait another 20 minutes on hold....”

“We received our purchase and it was damaged and have called the Glasgow store a number of times. No one has got back to me yet as promised and I really need this car seat for my baby! Not happy at all with the service and Iv been a customer of the pram centre for some time.”

Hi Margaret, thank you for taking the time to review us. My sincerest apologies that you have not yet received your order. I have looked into this for you and it appears that the curtains which you have recently purchased are currently out of stock at the moment, we do however have a large number on order. I am sincerely sorry if you have not been advised of your order status thus far, my colleague should have been in contact with you once your order had been processed to advise that the item was not available and would be dispatched as soon as stock had arrived into our warehouse. This is in no way acceptable and I will speak with her to ensure that this does not happen again. I will be more than happy to have a colleague chase this on Monday for you to find out when the goods are due to arrive into our warehouse.
