“Bit disappointed that a few days after ordering I received a email to say it was out of stock and would have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. Website really needs to be updated more often. Can't give poor stars as iv purchased a lot of times before and not had a problem although this is the first time I've ordered online from them.”

“Item was cheaper than any other store. Good email notifications of order status. Car seat came surprisingly quick (next day) even though I chose free STD delivery. Little one is enjoying the seat. Would order from again.”

“Really pleased with the competitive prices - however expecting twins in three weeks and the 'three day' delivery is now going to be two to three weeks because a product is out of stock - however even now this hasn't been mentioned on the website. I still want to proceed with the order because it's a good price but I think customers should be forewarned in the website about delivery/stock delays.”

Our website is one which does not show the item as being "In Stock", however it will always allow a customer to order goods on a pre-order basis, if the item is in stock the items are set to dispatch immediately with delivery taking place within 3 working days.
