“Dissapointed my goods weren't in stock and I confirmed an alternative 2 days ago but have yet to receive confirmation of expected delivery.”

Under Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions it does state that we will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email and you may also receive a call or email from one of our advisors. We will call regarding stock availability if the item is not available and advise when the item will return to stock. I have just been on to your order and I can see that you had spoken to a colleague of mine yesterday and that it had been authorised for you to collect your order from store at this time. “We have not opened the high chair yet as is a prescent, how ever the service from this company is first class. Easy to ordered and pay for goods, and delivered to the door, by very friendly and helpful driver. First class all round”

“I went into the pram centre glasgow and fell in love with the Venicci Mini 3in1, I came home and spoke with my partner and we decided to use the website to order. We ordered it and I got a confirmation email straight away, within the next couple of days I received a call from a lady to say that the pram is out of stock until Feb 15th (which isn't a problem as baby isn't due until after then) so I will receive another email when it's back in stock and a text with a delivery date and time slot.”

Due to the high demand over the Christmas Period, our Winter Sale has meant that stock has been sold extremely quickly which has unfortunately meant that there had been an error on our part in not taking this item off the website before you made your order, my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused to you.
