“Excellent service and prompt delivery. Arrived well packaged. I had a text to say what time the package would be delivered and when it arrived I was very pleased. I did purchase the Maxi cosi pebble car seat in all black . Just to bear in mind the head higher does look navy on the picture but it's actually grey.”

“I ordered a Car seat for my Grand child on-line on the Sunday and it was delivered on the following Tuesday morning. The web site was easy to use and paying for the item on line was extremely easy. I was delighted by the quick delivery. Car seat was in excellent condition. Fantastic service”

“The website showed that there were 4 available; however, I received a call THREE days after placing the order on the internet that the product was unavailable and may take a month. UPDATE your website. Also, it seems as if a high school student designed the website--very poor design, difficult to search--not modern like most consumer websites.”

“Items showing in stock online to then get a email 2 days later saying there not in stock and will take 3-4 weeks Only upside they refunded the day they told me this”

Whenever an order is placed an automated email is generated to advise that your order is received. I have our IT looking into this as this seems to be a system error that your email was not generated. Our courier service delivers Monday-Friday and we aim to deliver within 3 working days, as your order was placed on Sunday 24th January your order was processed on Monday to be with you today at the latest. I believe that your order has now been delivered and signed for. “Searched on google found this website with 4 stars, was unsure at first as never heard of them before, couldn't believe the prices of prams compared to bigger shops ie mothercare, absolutely love my silver cross reflex pram, delivered on time, great price...couldn't fault anything!”

“Bought this pram for my daughter. Lovely pram at a great price. Easy to assemble, not too heavy either, ideal for travelling on buses. Fast delivery as well. Would recommend.”
