“Ordered an item from them and two weeks later I wondered where it was. Had to go and ask them myself to be informed that the item was apparently out of stock though I hadn't been informed. Was told it would take two weeks to come back into stock, gave them the benefit of the doubt and since baby wasn't here yet I wasn't in a rush. Waited the two weeks and then cancelled, item was never even dispatched. Was never informed of anything had to chase it up myself.”

“Absolutely appealing service. i order a pushchair to be delivered within 3-4 weeks. When I called to chase as I had no sign of delivery I was delivered that Cybex never deliver within this lead time and it is minimum 6 weeks! Apparently they don't mind misleading customer into buying products although it is against trading standard. I then was promise a phone call within the 1h to solve this issue, I had to wait 4 hours and was told that they will look into offering me an alternative> I received a call next morning to be informed that I could have one of their display pushchair for 20% and I will have to pay for the rest! or get refund. Knowing that most of display are sold for half price it is obviously a ridiculous offer. The person hang up on me as I wasn't happy with the offer. Disgraceful, please never buy from this website.”

“Took two and half months to get online order sent out, with waiting times on phone over half hour to hour to get through with no space on the mailbox for messages to be left. Customer care/call centre frustrating and lets down an otherwise good place for choice and value.”

“My babies cot arrived all damaged, wood chipped and falling apart, noway I could let my baby sleep in it, emailed the Pram centre after making two phone calls and being on hold 30mins each time, no one has got back to me and my baby has no cot to sleep in.”

“Good prices, quick delivery, huge range of items. Only minus is that the Maxi-cosi Footmuff to fit the Pebble car seat was grubby. I think it had picked up the marks in storage. The cardboard packaging did not completely cover the item. I have had to wash it before using it, as my daughter's baby is due next week there is not time to return it for replacement. As I write this the article is still drying so I hope it the marks have come off. The other item I ordered, Out'n'About Hand Muffs arrived in good condition and will be very useful.”

“I had been let down by a prominent department store with regard to a cot purchase. This left me with a 7 month old baby and an 8-10 week delivery window from every retailer I could find. After calling the manufacturer they recommended I try your store and I was delighted to find the cot I wanted in stock and with £50 off. The cot arrived in 3 days, faster than you promised, and it's a great cot too. It's been a long time since I've said something like 'I'm genuinely delighted with this purchase' but in this case I am - thank you!!”
