“Contacted by the team on the same day I placed my nursery set order to explain the whole process. Nice and helpful staff. Very happy with the ordering process so far. Also had the cheapest product we wanted I could find. Now await delivery and installation but all looks very promising!”

“Overall, my experience of ordering online with the pram centre was excellent. My silver cross bedding 5 piece set arrived exactly when it should've. The cost was excellent although I have to say that I am a little disappointed that they no longer offer the discount to Police Scotland in store.”

Hi Kristina, Thank you for taking the time to review our service. I am so sorry that you feel you have had a bad experience with us. The reason why you have not received items from order placed on 04/2/2016 is because we have not received payment for any of the items. Unfortunately we are unable to release good from our warehouse until the balance is fully paid. Your payments to us have been authorised by your bank however unfortunately your attempts to make payment have been rejected by our fraud system due to the card not being recognised as secure. There are many reasons that this can happen even with a secure card and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please feel free to contact me on natalie@pramcentre.co.uk if you wish to discuss this matter further I would be happy to help you make the outstanding payment to have your goods delivered and to explain the particular reason that this has occurred with your card. “Bought the VIB B-Tiger SPS Isofix child car seat for occasional use with our grandsons. Compared with similar seats from other manufacturers the VIB seat is very competitively priced and given that it will not get heavy use seemed ideal for our purposes. In fact, the seat looks well made, sturdy and durable and the isofix anchoring system worked just fine on our car, although a little more fiddly to attach than I'd expected. The seat with it's base is quite weighty and awkward to manhandle, so I wouldn't want to be constantly taking it in and out of the car, but I suspect this must be common to all of these multi-age group safety seats. The instructions are not great, basically very small diagrams that don't really show the necessary details (e.g. they don't show how the seat is removed, only how to install it, and removal isn't the reverse of installation!). However, it's fairly easy to work out what needs to be done, though best to do that before taking the seat out to the car!”

“Silver cross reflex is a very good buy. Lovely and very comfortable pushchair. The only downside is rain cover becausei ts difficult to unfold but I can leave with that. Very good service and quick delivery.”

“Very good customer service. I asked them if I could order order a cot on a Saturday and have it delivered the coming Friday as I would be home to take delivery. They were very helpful and accommodating. The cot has not been delivered yet but I have high confidence in this happening with this company.”
