“When i placed my order I received a e-mail stating I had purchased a product, i then didn't hear anything back and with the Christening I was attending fast approaching I emailed the company. The replies I received were sent very quickly and were very helpful. The lady told me that my parcel had already been delivered earlier that day while I was at work. Although there was a mix up with the conformation email and my number was given to the courier with a digit missing, I understand mistakes do happen and I am extremely pleased with the service I received all round!!! I will definitely be ordering from the pram center again as i enjoyed my experience with the company. I would like to thank Angela Walker at the other end of the pram center email service i contacted for all the help she gave me despite my email chasing my product. Thank you Pram Center and your team!!!”

“Totally worth the money, very very happy with the V.I.B B-Tiger SPS Isofix Car Seat I purchased from you. “Excellent delivery by return, only downside is that although web site advertised accepting American Express the sale did not go through and a call to the help line was needed the next day to establish that Amex is not accepted ! Had to delete order and start over again.”

“I chose this company due to the item being the cheapest online. Although after a few days, they contacted me to say they had run out of stock and it would be a week until I would receive the item. Not too bad I initially thought. Then the week turned in to 10 days and I had to contact them for an update. They said they would be receiving stock in the next few days and would contact me to arrange delivery. And they did, a few days later and I have just picked up the item. Overall the Pramcentre were good. I have yet to test the car seat.”

“I am so impressed that I ordered a cot (around 13th Feb) last weekend and you guys took the time and care to action my request of having it delivered on Fri 19th Feb when I had a day off and could be in my house to take delivery of it. I cannot begin to describe how much easier and stress free this has made it, especially being pregnant . I ordered some other things from other stores and have had no end of troubles getting items delivered and one bulky item I had to even have delivered to my work address and get a family member to collect in their car for me.......but with Pram Centre, you guys seem to do things right....long may it continue because there are few businesses these days that do this. The cot I ordered was damaged (one end only) upon delivery but it appears to have been the courier company at fault as the packaging was very damaged, I really wish courier companies would take care with parcels - this may be something to bring up with the courier company you use or put "fragile" stickers on the boxes (although who knows if the courier company will pay attention to these). Pram Centre were very good at sorting out a replacement end on a day I specified, it has not arrived yet and I am hoping the correct end arrives on the correct day and you will have an even more happy customer :-)”

“We are pensioners and also first time grandparents in our 70's. The car seat we purchased for our baby grand-daughter last Wednesday, arrived the following day! What an amazing service! Fast delivery, free delivery, date and time notified and spot on, not to mention an unbelievable price for a well packaged baby/child car seat which was selected from a very impressive supplier's website. Recommended to yourselves by many younger friends and relatives and will certainly be using you again. You saved us so much time-wasting, money and effort. Thank you so much.”

“The only website i could find that did the pram i wanted in the colour i wanted for the price i wanted. Super quick delivery, next day which was unexpected. Couldn't fault in anyway, would definitely recommend to any family or friend. Great Job!”

“I bought some of the most expensive produtcs that pramcentre has on sale but I still will have to wait for a month before my stokke xplory package arrives. Don't get me wrong. Price is the best, costumer service is perfect, very efficient but if you don't want to be disappointed please order at least a month or two in advance. There other aspects to be improved, one of them is the my account feedback and another is the lack of updates on products that are out of stock. These two small aspects would lead to a smoother experience when buying from Pramcentre.”

“I ordered my product at 7.15am online on a Thursday and had immediate confirmation by email. By 5pm the same day I had a text message advising my product would be delivered the following day. I received my product by 1pm on the Friday. This was not any special delivery request just the standard free delivery. Extremely impressed. Also the courier used text me on the Friday morning to advise of my one hour delivery time slot which meant I could carry on with my plans with little inconvenience. The order process was straightforward and hassle free. Would definitely use Pram centre again.”

“Not had the item yet as doing the easy pay which is a great idea, but can't wait to receive, I saw thos pram originally and fell in love after hunting the shops and seeing many more I still went back to Pram Centre for this one. Free delivery too excellent.”
