“Not happy at all. Stayed at home waiting for delivery. Driver went to wrong door. Waiting for customer service to answer. Takes ages. Not happy at all. Never again. And will tell everyone to stay away from this company.”

We requested for your parcel to be delivered to the correct address however the label was put through our couriers service machine wrongly. “I ordered an ISOFIX seat and base on a Thursday and received my confirmed delivery date for the following Tuesday. Ordering was very simple and only took a few minutes. I needed to advise that I would need to have the consignment left in a safe place so I emailed with the details and received a prompt confirmation email next working day. I was really pleased when the consignment actually turned up on Monday instead (a day early) and I was able to take delivery there and then! This was excellent service and the Pram Centre were really slick with the whole process! Fantastic customer service.”

“Website so easy to use and always fast delivery also staff at the glasgow pram centre are extremley helpful and also go the extra mile giving demos of prams or just general info on products. If your a first time mum it can be daunting and the staff really help alot.”

“I purchased the bonito bebe atom 3 in 1. I ordered the product on the Thursday online. And was so delighted it arrived the next day . The product itself was beautiful quality.
