“Received the wrong item and then spent half an hour on the phone trying to get through to someone. Finally managed to speak to someone through instant chat who said it would get redelivered on Monday. I have since had an email saying it won't get redelivered till Thursday??!!”

“I purchased a car seat and got a fantastic offer on it.. due to the time of year I was expecting to wait a while for delivery but was pleasantly surprised when I received my order within 2 days.. I usually shop in the pram centre in Glasgow but will definitely be placing more orders online in future”
