“My cousin is having a baby and wanted this chair. But her hubby didn't want her to spend anymore money.. So I bought it as a gift. She's over the moon and I think child is happy too. So thank you your excellent service is much appreciated.”

“The whole ordering process was very easy and I was kept well informed of the progress. I was sent a text message on the day my order was due with a one-hour time slot and delivery was made within that time. Very satisfied with the service provided.”

“trying to get in contact over the phone if you dont phone when just opened you are in a queue tried a few times and every call i have hung up after about 1hour they really need to get the phone system fixed out”

“After being told I would receive a phone call Monday morning regarding my delivery (or lack of), and still nothing on Thursday I made a phone call! Finally got through after waiting 23minutes, to find out my Moses basket that should have been delivered middle of November will now be middle of January (when I am due). They did give me the option to change or cancel it, all a bit late as that is the one I want and other websites have a 4 week waiting list -reason I ordered from here as wanted it nice and early! Customer service is embarrassing, no offer of any compensation and still unable to guarantee when I will receive this! Have made 6 phone calls in total to chase it up, not once have I been contacted by them! Absolute disgrace and wouldn't recommend! I would be cancelling my order if I had more time, unfortunately I don't! The product is still 'in stock' on the website but it hasn't been for 7 weeks!”

“I ordered a rocking horse price was fantastic and I knew I had ordered too late for Xmas which I didn't mind the earliest delivery date was 23/12 yet I received it 20/12!! So could put towards Xmas presents for kids and I was informed during the whole process”

“Ordered £875 pram through easypay paying £200deposit on 10/11/16 paid remaining balance on16/12/16 of £675, when order status didn't change for three days I messaged them to find out when pram would be delivered only to be told pram had been discontinued! Why was my order taken when pram obviously was not availabe, my baby has now arrived and has no pram,I will have to wait for my £875 to be paid back into my account before I can buy my pram elsewhere, in the meantime my baby has no pram.i am not impressed by this company. They take your money when they havent got the products they say are in stock when you place your order that to me is false advertising. Buyer beware they are liars!!!”

“Easy to use registered in minutes amazing value and the products are definitely recommend to every parent out there as a mum of four this is one of the best stores by far . Delivery service is fast and communication is fantastic make u feel at ease with every step of they updates of your products till its at your door and after care mail to ensure you are 100% satisfied”

“Ordered a toy for my Grandaughter for her 1 st Birthday waited nearly 3 weeks. Her birthday came and went - still no toy. Sent email and told out of stock and they would send a confirmation when dispatched. Waited again, heard nothing, more time went by, so I rang company. as it was never going to reach me before Christmas, only then did they send my order, with no apology for the disappointing delay, I had to buy an alternative toy for herbirthday. Not impressed and won't be recommending to any of my friends.”

“Delivery took more than expected. Then first delivery went to my old address. Contacting the store was okay at first though email but as soon as anything goes wrong it's like they don't want to respond or answer there phone. I had someone who said they would call me back about my last order which is coming today. A week later again I had to contact them. As I said before we had purchased our first child's bedroom furniture from you & didn't have a bit of bother. Really unhappy with the service this time which is a shame”

“I ordered a rocking horse for my daughter for Christmas and they sent a Email to confirm the payment had been successful but they didn't say when it would be delivered, I then have been trying to call them had to find the number on the Internet didn't attach a phone number on the order confirmation when I got a number I can't get through so who knows if my daughter will get her rocking horse? Bad customer service.”
