“No email to say when my item is going to be delivered. Tried to phone on two occasions both times spent around 30 minutes on the phone but never got through to anyone either time”

“Ordered a cosatto yo and couldn't be happier. Not only was it £100 cheaper than anywhere else, it came so quickly. I recieved text messages to keep me updated with my order which I thought was great and was given an hour slot for delivery so I didn't have to wait in all day either. Overall very happy with the service and would definetley recommend :)”

“Love the shop. We have ordered our pram, cot and drawers and also got our bouncy chair all the VIB range. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We are going back for our baby's bedding and more for baby.”

“Brilliant service and contact from you, but you were let down by interlink express who 'couldn't find' out address! I waited in all day to be told an hour after the time slot confirmed had passed that they couldn't find me. Had other deliveries that day.”

“Delivery service very good kept me up to date even though I was not home to collect cos of the regular update I was able to change my delivery to a pick up at a store instead. This was also hassle free. I have not opened the item as in the process of moving. As such I hope it meets up to the description on the website”

“I placed my order where it advises delivery within 3 working days I never received any information on when these were being delivered so called and after holding 30mins was told that when all items are in stock I would be contacted. This should be clearer before order placed”

“Excellent for the price and my little one loves it! Bought it as replacement for travel system which is too bulky now for the limited time it used (dd is 18 months and walking everywhere). It is heavier than I hoped but very easy to fold and unfold. Would recommend.”

“Overall experience so far poor. I ordered a car seat and isofix base. It was delivered within 2 days - excellent. But the Isofix base has a fault straight from the box. I contacted Pram Centre to ask for a replacement to be sent asap as our baby is due in a few weeks. I was told to email the spares department but given the wrong email address. I then called up again and was again given the wrong email address. I finally got the right email address from the website. This email didn't bounce back but I've not received any confirmation of receipt nor any reply in the last two days. So thumbs up for price and delivery, but extremely poor when it comes to a competent or swift returns process. Would I recommend based on the service so far? No. Still waiting to hear about collection and replacement of the faulty Isofix base...”
