“Excellent service from staff could'nt do enough to help.Next day delivery arrived as promised, and it was free. I will certainly shop here again and I highly recommend this store.”

“Initially I had an email saying they didn't have the item I ordered in stock and it would take 3-4 weeks. I have asked if they had another colour but luckily they had in stock after all and arrives next day. I was also given a freebie too so very happy!”

“Delivery was very speedy so happy with the service. I had bought this highchair 4 years ago and it is still in good condition however this chair seems different maybe an updated model. Does not seem sturdy may not last as long.”

“Purchased a pram and accessories on the saturday (paypal debited immediately), received a missed phone call on monday and spent 32 minutes on hold attempting to reply. The call was answered at 17.02 and I was told the lady I needed to speak to left at 17.00! So on Tuesday she called (half an hour later than we agreed) to tell me the pram I ordered and had paid for was out of stock and "may take several weeks" to come into stock (despite it being listed as in stock online). Awaiting a refund which funnily enough hasn't been immediate. ......”
