“I have had lazer for a very long time and gave tried different beauticians and this clinic is by far the best. The team are very friendly and hours are adapted to fit you. They are very considerate and honest to each client. Nina is my lazer Lady and she is amazing absolute credit to the company. Very sociable, caring and friendly. The atmosphere is very positive. (I go to the clapham branch)”

“I have done Dermapen for my acne scars, what a fantastic change i have got after 6 treatments. The practitioner Marinda was very professional and understand my inner concern about my skin. She explained very precise on how the treatment will work and make me feel very comfortable in what to expect, and i understood the outcome well. I'm very happy with the treatment and will carry on with it in future to keep my skin well looked after, I was also recommend fantastic home care as i have tried so many skin products but nothing is as good as what i used now. I truly trust Marinda;s expert advice”

“Was referred here by a friend and I couldn't even get through the front door! I submitted a request for a consultation and didn't hear a thing. Then called them to inquire and was not even treated with apology straight away, just "well that's strange." Not once did she apologise which I think is just standard customer service! I was pretty annoyed and just told her to forget about the fact I even called. Even then did she feel the need to apologise for the no response. Then she accused me of supplying the wrong address! Save your money and go somewhere else!”

“I cannot recommend Rochan Rayland at the Fulham branch of Premier Laser highly enough. I have PCOS and all the awful skin and hair growth problems that come with it. I have seen wonderful results with Rochan, far superior to those I've had with any other clinic I've visited in the past (I'm now 35 so I've been to quite a few!). She has tremendous experience and gives fantastic advice. However I feel walking in (often stressed and tired!), I always leave my sessions with Rochan feeling lighter and happier. Quite simply, if you want to have the best looking skin of your life, go and see Rochan at Premier Laser Fulham: she genuinely cares about her clients, and you will not find a better practitioner working today.”

“I had brazilian laser hair removal done in Kingstone location with Miranda. After the first treatment I have already seen the results and decided to go for legs and underarms too. That was the best decision I made. I am very happy with the service there. I can definitely recommend Miranda as she is very experienced proffessional. She is not only precise in what she does but she also listens to the customers and tries to help.”

“I had laser treatment yesterday all over my face from Liverpool St they took money from me done treatment but didn't provide after care creams which are very important after treatment now I am feeling irritation at my face contacting them but they saying after care creams not available”

“I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. I have experienced immaculate care and sensitivity from all the staff I have met. I have been put at ease and had all treatments explained thoroughly. I am still receiving treatments but am already over the moon with my results so far. Life changing?? ....... Absolutely !”

“I'm halfway through the bikini line laser removal treatment and it's working so well. The hairs are now much more sparse and so fine. Looking forwards to the end result. I'm always greeted by friendly staff.”

“I have been experiencing facial hairs for many years now and knew the only way to resolve it was through laser removal. I visited the Clapham branch and have been dealing with Janay even since. I have booked a course of 8 laser hair sessions and have completed 4 already. The results have been simply amazing. From the first session a few few later I notice the hair growing back which got me worried however it as all part of the process within a few days afterwards the hair totally disappearred I was able to touch my chin and neck and enjoy the smoothness. I recommend this laser treatment to everybody. I really have been happy with the results and my confidence had been boasted dramatically. I am also doing 3 sessions of dermapen go get rid of some of the marks left behind due to the ingrown hair. I will update you on the results. Thank you sooooo much premier xxxxxxx”

“I went to the Liverpool street clinic, and the treatment was Dermapen skin needling. The store manager said that I haven't made any appointment (the email from call center showed I will have a treatment after initial consultation); and then she asked me to come another day I said I don't live in London I came from Colchester which took me 1 hour to travel here. She said they have customer coming from Italy so Colchester is not far away given it is still in the UK...Okay let's go to the point. The said Dermapen supposed to minimize my enlarged pores, but after the treatment, my pores became larger, my muscles have shown a downward trend, because the Dr applied the skill from a downward trend rather than an upward and my chin was full of acnes, but she hasn't touched, rather emphasizing a lot on my cheeks, but my cheeks became saggy after the treatment, a lot collagen have been lost...I have never encountered with so rude manager and so unprofessional doctor to deal with Asian skin.”

“I have been visiting Aldgate Premier Laser for the last couple of months, my experience has been great from the very start. The staff and manager, Natalie, are so friendly and welcoming and i have had great hair removal results so far!!! very happy, 5* service. i have also recommended friends- and will continue to do so. Also, it is very convenient being 1 minute walk from Aldgate east tube station.”

“I went to Kingston branch for advice about a small blemish. The treatment offered was not at all what I needed, it was suggested to me that I should have the whole set of six treatments and the money was taken on the very first day of the consultation without allowing me to think and reconsider. I went for the procedure itself on the following visit and an equal amount of money was taken of me before I knew what the procedure felt like. I have good skin, I did not need dermapen, I did not like it, after a few treatments the blemish has not reduced even by a microshade. It cost me £900 and I cannot even bear thinking of another procedure to complete the course. Try before you buy! Be very careful with offers, like six for the price of five and the like.”
