Placed an order expecting delivery by a certain date. Order did not arrive by promised date. Dealing with customer service has been a complete waste of time. From returning the item to getting a refund. It's been going on for 3 months. They're all incompetant monkies.

I ordered a sweater that never arrived and according to the tracking number, it was about 3 weeks passed the expected delivery date when I decided to reach out to PLT.

Awful. Late deliveries. Can't speak to customer service. Online chat seldom has agents available. When they acknowledge they are late, they can't provide a refund for premium delivery charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I begged them to send me contact details to the courier so we could arrange a delivery date and time but nothing.

I paid for next day delivery and I’m still waiting 2+ weeks later. PLT won’t cancel and refund. Disgusting!!
