“With the change of seasons, our golden retriever Mercy has been struggling with sensitive skin & has been more prone to hotspots. Pride+Groom’s “The Sensitive One” shampoo exceeded our expectations. It wasn’t overly stripping of her natural oils like most shampoos have been, and her coat was still left soft!”

This was reshipped as soon as we were made aware of the issue. Sadly we do not control UPS! We wish we did. Hope you liked it when you received it. Thanks for being a loyal customer and supporting small businesses.

Hi Michelle, Thanks so much for your review. We understand your frustration. We try for full transparency but it is near impossible to list every single ingredient when they are under .1%. All our products are free of sulphates, parabens, toxins, gluten, dyes and silicones.

“I bought the sample pack just to try it not sure if it was the real deal or not… These products are AMAZING! I have used the shedding shampoo on my Chihuahua and it worked great! I use the non shedding shampoo on my 2 tiny Yorkies and it works wonderful! The conditioner is the bombdiggidy! My little one that’s just under 4 pounds had a little tangle and it came right out. My little one that just under 3 pounds didn’t have any tangles and they smelled wonderful! Won’t go back to using anything else 😊”
