Hi Kathryn! We are thrilled you love our products, and btw, tea tree oil can actually be harmful to our fur babies!

“It definitely loosens mats but doesn't get them fully removed no matter how much i used or how long it sat. I still had to cut the mats behind the ear. At least it helps.”

Hi Damaris, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, some tangles and mats can be so tight and close to the skin that the only solution is to cut it out :( We are glad that the Final Coat Conditioner could loosen some of the mats!

“Both my 4-year-old Morkie Reno and I LOVE these products. Reno has never smelled so good and his hair is so incredibly soft. I ordered the non-shedder kit and was blown away by the fabulous packaging. The products came in a super cute draw-string bag (which I will use for traveling to grandma's house). Plus a very cool bandana...In Dog We Trust is genius! Our family also loves the Pride spray and we *may* have used it on our hair. 😍”

“As a groomer of ten years the search for a shampoo and conditioner that I liked for my own dogs has been a wild ride. I found Pride + Groom online while searching for new product that didn't leave my dogs with dry skin, flakes and unappealing scents. I went back and forth about ordering it until I found it at PetCo. I bought it to try it, even though I normally wouldn't buy shampoo from a pet supply store vs ordering straight from the company. I used it on my dobermans the weekend of a dog show and was immediately angry I didn't jump on their products sooner. My dogs are now exclusively bathed in Pride + Groom. The smell is fantastic, my dogs are flawlessly clean and shiny, the ingredients are perfect and you really can't beat that EWG rating. I'll use nothing else now! If it ain't Pride + Groom it ain't right.”

“Well, I do have dogs and one dog in particular that I can use the sun. I primarily bought it for my Scottish highland cow and it really works well one of them has really long hair and he's just he gets tangled. The stuff really helps so I'll be buying it for the couch and one of the dogs”
