Then their return exchange policy is lengthy and cumbersome. The customer service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with steer clear this company at all cost”
“Bought a sling from them it was absolute trash paper thin and unusable. Had to argue for days over email to get them to accept a return and they still expect me to cover shipping costs. The customer service is worse than any chinese company i've ever dealt with. I do not recommend ever doing business with them.”
“I ordered an AR Lower on March 11th (SO-7249688). It was supposed to go to a local FFL dealer in my home town. It was delivered to a random address. I called to check on it and they confirmed it was delivered and I told them it was to the wrong address. They said they would get back to me. I called after a week and spoke with Lynzey on 4/29/2024 and she said she would get back to me. It is now the 3rd of May I have had to call them again to find out about it. There lack of effort and caring about an AR lower floating around is concerning. There lack of caring is even more concerning. I have still not heard anything with another promise that they will get back to me.”
