“Failure/and or refusal to return payment for undelivered paid order
On the 27 June 2023, a book banner including design work was ordered and paid for on invoice. Prior to placing the order, Lakiesha of Print 24, Umhlanga assured me that the turn around time inclusive of delivery is 24 hours. 2 days later I was sent the artwork to sign off. The colours were completely different to the images I had sent them. I was given an appointment to go in and see the designer. I did this and the colours were corrected, the banner redesigned and signed off. At their offices I advised them that I was going on a cross country book tour on the 13 July 2023 and banner needed to be delivered prior to the date. I was assured that it would be. I started chasing up the banner about 3 days after my attendance at their office. Keisha, the dispatch lady, assured me that it would be delivered by the afternoon. No banner was delivered. I called again and was told it will be delivered the next morning. The goal post kept on shifting until the 12th hour when I was told that they do not have stands for the banner. I had to go on my tour without the banner. My attorney then chase up the banner in the hopes of sending it by courier where ever I was only to be told my Keisha that I needed to approve the printed banner before they deliver.
This off course was impossible as I had already left to Gauteng.
Keisha then cancelled the order and asked my attorney for my banking details which was furnished to her. On the 13 July, this cancellation was confirmed via email. Since then several calls and messages were made and sent to both Lakeisha and Keisha and were given their undertaking that they will follow up with their accounts department and revert with feedback (which they never do). Today is the 23 August 2023 and todate, Print 24, Umhlanga has failed and or refused to return the payment made to them. I am not sure how many other clients (if any) they have done this to or are doing this to. Not only am I shocked at their poor service but their failure to return payment after confirming that they will. I have emails and undertaking from their Ceo, Mike, that refunds will be made but no such payment has been forthcoming to date.”

A recent booklet they were due to print is now 3 weeks late, and keep being told different stories by customer services ( all proven to be lies). Will never use print24 again. Lack of customer care after being on the phone time and time again over last 10 days and still not received the product. Now being told it will be at least another week.”
“Having been given a promise that my job would be delivered on time, I received an email the day before the delivery date saying that due to a fault at their end, my job would be late. I have had to rearrange replacement print at my own cost, or risk losing a client. I cannot now get a refund from them, or any sort of customer service (wish I'd read these reviews first) from them. “Print24 isn't even worth one star - dont use!
I ordered a six page flyer however wasn't happy at all!
I uploaded my print data and it was in the wrong format (all that would have needed to be done is the six pages to be put into a couple of pages), but I was contacted about the issue and I emailed the agent the artwork (about half past five, Thursday) and was told the next day that this isn't good enough as it needs to be uploaded to their website (this is significant because apparently, they work till 6PM so don't understand why I couldnt be told that day that there was an issue, and second of all why does it matter where the artwork is downloaded from!?).
Anyway, printing got started and got a wonderful email from Print24 that my flyers won't arrive on Friday like previously agreed but will arrive on Monday as their printer was broken (um.... pretty bad excuse for a large company :D ). I called Print24 up three times before I was told why it wasn't going to arrive by Friday and I asked the agent to change the delivery to Saturday but I was told that DPD (their courier) doesnt delivery on Saturday (ummm... not true AGAIN!).
Anyway, I needed the flyers for an exhibition over the weekend and because it didn't arrive in time I had to use another local company to print out some extra flyers for the weekend.
I have contacted Print24 numerous times since then but haven't had any luck as apparently I was only delayed one day (I tried telling them that Saturdays and Sundays count as days as well. so three days) BUT if you (Print24) are reading this then I hope this gets resolved ASAP, or else I will leave this same review all over the internet.
Customers, dont ever use Print24 ever again, instead use a local print firm (who will usually try and match other company's prices if you bring them a quote) as 1) better customer service, 2) quicker turnaround and 3) its better to know that youre money is going to someone who actually cares about their customers!
