Simply because: ▫️ They have all the ink cartridges needed ▫️ Never seem to be out of stock ▫️ Easy reorder system ▫️ Fast efficient delivery ▫️ Good pricing & offers of products ▫️ Quality of ink & cartridges have been good. Although, over the time I used Printer Basics (many years) I had to dispose of 2 new cartridges that did not work.”

“Delighted with the response to my query, and help given to replace a recently received cartridge which wasn't printing correctly. The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and very aware of the problems sometimes experienced when using compatible cartridges. I wish all companies had such excellent customer service!
