I recently bought 2 x2 301XL Cartridges (May 15) Invoice PB200514-LV139937-1 One of the cartridges was not compatible and despite many attempts WAS rejected . The second Cartridge fitted easily and worked satisfactory. I requested a new replacement Cartridge but have had no response

Ordered black and coloured ink. 10 prints in nothing to heavy on the ink and already the ink has run dry. Packaging says 400+ prints. Now I need to fork out for more and end up spending double the amount with what I've wasted buying from here .

The black ink is fine The colour ink: when I did I test and alignment print, there was no yellow ink Not impressed Had to buy the real ink cartridges so now out of pocket

Ink I was sent was wrong and not compatible with my hp envy 5010 printer. Had to buy another lot, the genuine stuff, for my make and model of printer. I guess the moral of the story is, you should always buy the real thing and check it’s right before throwing away the paperwork.

sent me incorrect cartridges that did not fit my printer and ignored my email I sent them asking for help to resolve issue. I will never use these again and would suggest you do not either.

The wrong ink cartidges were sent despite clear instructions as to what was wanted. It cost me £3 to return the incorrect ones before eventually receiving the correct ones. Not impressed at all at the service !

I received the wrong ink cartridges and I have emailed Printer Basics customer services 3 times for help. It is now 8 days from my first contact and I am still waiting for a reply. I had to go and re-purchase new cartridges and it has now cost me more money than buying original cartridges from HP. appalling service. Don’t waste your time and money. Buy elsewhere!

I ordered 2 cartridges (1 black & 1 colour) for my HP Officejet 4632 printer from Printer Basics. Despite carrying out the instructions and troubleshooting instructions supplied with the colour cartridge; it prints in pink only (despite registering as full on the printer software). The black cartridge refuses to be recognised by the printer - and so I have returned it to a Jersey address supplied with the delivery paperwork. I have to dig deep to find encouragement for a second purchase.

Have always previously purchased genuine Canon ink cartridges. Thought I'd try out this cheaper option but, maybe unsurprisingly, proved to be utterly useless. Both reading as empty in the printer and the black not working at all. Leason learned, stick to genuine products.

I have ordered from PRINTER BASICS 1item Picture Expert 62XL (CP05AE/C2P07AE) Black& Colour HP Compatible High Capacity Ink Cartridge 4 Pack. It was a pack of four products. They have reimbursed the money for half of the pack and this was for the colour cartridges and I have received just half of the pack that was only the black cartridges. The question is how it is possible to order a pack, receive half of it, and be reimbursed for the other half? I didn't need half of the pack, I needed the whole pack. The order is #PB190529-LV129262 and I want to reimburse the half pack. I wrote to customer service a complaint and I didn't receive any concrete answer. Their answer was that I will receive the whole pack and this never happened. I spoke to the Customer Advice Service and their advice was that if I have no answer from the company within 14 days to complain further.
