Very disappointed I bought a colour and a black cartridge neither of which worked i will not be purchasing again

Product never arrived after much chasing. Also had to chase refund.

Good Afternoon, Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may have been caused in the non-receipt of your order. We rely heavily on Royal Mail and, although Royal Mail is usually very efficient with our deliveries, on occasion items do get lost in the system. Cartridges do not work with my Canon Pixma printer - second time this has happened!

We contacted the Customer and gave advice to over come the trouble they were having. We had confirmation yesterday that the cartridges are now working. Apologies for any inconvenience caused in this matter. Kindest Regards, Emma

I have used you for some time but have stopped since my last experience. I refer to your invoice PB160310-LV91848 which was dated 10-03-2016 and I received a 'despatched' email accordingly. As your packets routinely do not pass through my letter box I wasted much time on many days waiting for delivery. The goods did not arrive until 22 March. That is unacceptable and reduces your value to me. If there were problems in delivery at your end I would have expected notification. I do not believe it will be a fault with Royal Mail who make final delivery to me Your comments please K Cross

I am sorry to hear that it took so long for Royal Mail to deliver the order to you. Your order was placed with us on 10th March 2016 and dispatched the very same day to you. Deliveries are usually received within 2-4 working days, however it has been known for Royal Mail to deliver up to 7 working days or longer which is very unfortunate. If any order has not been received after 4 days then please do let us know so we can assist you further. We can resend any order that is not received after the 7th working day as we can then class this as lost in post with Royal Mail. Apologies again for any inconvenience that this has caused. Sorry to hear that your order took so long to be delivered, this is not what we expect. We advised 2-7 working days for delivery but we will normally find on feedback that the order will arrive between 3-5 working days. Apologies Again, Emma
