“I was buying only because of the special offer. On clicking onto your website, the offer price was not shown. After completing the purchase I saw that it was necessary to enter the offer code from the email message. Now Printer Basics have reimbursed the difference.”

Good Afternoon Mr Pridham, Thank you for your recent review. As per your review if a voucher code is sent to a customer via it does advise that the code needs to entered at checkout. If you can forward me the code you had and the discount percentage it gave you I'd be happy to refund the difference - this is something we do for all of our customers if they inform us that they forgot to add the voucher code on.
