“The cartridges failed to work after 5 printed sheets. Customer services came back quickly to tell me to reset the machine each time it stopped. Pretty pointless having a wireless printer you have to keep resetting and when I tried it, it didn't work anyway. Asked for money back under their no quibble guarantee and they ignored me. Waste of money and I'm guessing when I look at taking actions, their location in Channel Islands will prevent me.”

“Last lot of ink purchased poorer than before. Changed b/w and coulor cartridge, and black prints light grey not black. All jets have been cleaned.”
