“Found Printer Basics easy to order the correct inks for my Epson printer. The order arrived both quickly and correctly. As of yet the inks haven't been fitted so I can't comment on their quality, hence the 4 star rating instead of 5 star”

“The product was well packaged, arrived as expected and was east to install. My only gripe is that there was no / inadequate information regarding what would happen on my printer by not using Canon ink and as a result I have flashing orange lights i cannot get rid of. Having said that, the ink is performing fine”

“I've always been pleased at your good prices & quick response but as I don't use my printer very often I've found cartridges I 've had for some time have dried up. So I've learned (the hard way - as usual) just to order when I need a cartridge!!”

“My knowledge of printers is minimal so when I called Printer Basics for advice, you couldn't have been more helpful, and the issue I was experiencing with my rather "aged" printer was resolved.
